I am absolutely satisfied with everything.

Placements: There are very few opportunities like placement drives, campus jobs, etc. IFFCO and FIL industries are the main recruiters. Some students got internships at Cornell, some got at fil, and some at Bayer.

Infrastructure: It is an mesmerising campus and an excellent hostel for both boys and girls. Hostel life is excellent with all the basic facilities like water, electricity, playground, lights, books, library, orchards, etc. The quality of food is excellent not to be messed with tasty and nutritious.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is excellent. Experiments are less frequently done for UG. The curriculum makes students somewhat market-ready. Exams are very difficult, hectic, and stressful. Around 98% pass the exams.

Other: I like plants. More jobs, more practical learning, and everything are fine.

The university is amazing.

Placements: Its not about placements but about learning. Campus placements are less, because it is a sector where there are very few private sector jobs, and people either opt for a government job or they start their own business. This university has Innovation Center where they find any idea of the students in any field, and they also found the startups by students. We have many 3rd year and 4th year students who have already started a startup there.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is fantastic, and hostel life is absolutely amazing. The senior junior relationship, the act of becoming bold in every perspective that comes when you enter its hostel, because outside it, you may be a lonely person, but inside the hostel, you are active member of a 500+ member family.

Faculty: Faculty is really amazing, though you have to study a lot by yourself, but they encourage you for every opportunity. There are many exams that you wont get time for anything else than studying. The library has every book you want to read, so there is everything you need.

Other: I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. Hons in Horticulture, in the main campus shalimar, my course is all about practical knowledge of farming and orchards etc., and we are studying this to learn how we can enhance this sector in our country, campus life is amazing here with so many events like Irtiqa for freshers which is a month long event where you get to interact with every other student of the university of any course.
