Applicants must have a valid scorecard/ rank in JEE-Main or in Tezpur University Entrance Examination (TUEE), which must be above the closing range mentioned in the merit list released by Tezpur University. After the release of the merit list, eligible applicants should register for the counselling process through the university’s official website, followed by document verification and fee payment.

Students interested in taking admission in the BSc B.Ed Integrated course must take the CUET-UG exam conducted under the supervision of NTA. Tezpur University inducts students in this course based on the candidates scores obtained in the CUET exam. So, students aspiring to take admission in the said course at Tezpur University must take the CUET exam to become eligible and apply further for counselling.

The course fees for 4 years BTech course in Tezpur University ranges around INR 1.2 lakh. Students need to pay certain fee components only at the time of admission, while the remaining need to be paid semester-wise. Students should note that the fee is taken from official sources and is subject to change.

Last date of applying for the counselling process at Tezpur University for B.Tech (Northeast quota through JEE Main) was 30^th May. Tezpur University (TU) accepts admission based on the candidate’s performance in JEE-Main, a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA.

Also, for lateral entry to BTech, i.e. admission to direct 2^nd year of BTech, candidates need to take Tezpur University Entrance Examination (TUEE) and for BTech (Lateral Entry), only those students who have a three-year Diploma in engineering course are eligible for admission.
