It is a full-time programme offered with two specialisations, Computer Science and Engineering  (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The duration of this programme is two years. Admission to these courses is made based on valid GATE, CUET PG, and qualifying exam marks. Other than this, the institute also conducts a written test for M.Tech admissions.
