The best professors and guest lecturers are available in our department.

Placements: I am not sure about placements, but I have seen my seniors getting placements. Students get offers from well-known companies, like Bajaj, private banks, etc. Everyone gets an opportunity to realise their talents and utilise them in the real world. We get exposure to the real world.

Infrastructure: Hostels are available for distance students. The mess is available with proper food. Departments and hostels are within walking distance as it is inside the campus.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, supportive, very friendly, and heartwarming. The course curriculum is very industry-relevant. It covers a maximum and diverse aspects for students and helps students to get prior knowledge of the market. They also help us in decision-making. Exams are up to the standard, and according to my knowledge, 100% of students pass the next semester. The course is very diverse and interesting. We also get exposure in training programs and internships.

The one and only Central University of Tripura.

Placements: Placements at Tripura University are improving every year. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, and TCS visit. Some students even get packages up to 10–15 LPA, while the average is around 3–4 LPA. The placement cell also helps with internships, communication training, and interview preparation. But honestly, placements are better in science and management courses, whereas arts students mostly attend for exams or internships. Overall, it’s decent but still developing.

Infrastructure: My department has good facilities like spacious classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped library with plenty of study resources. The computer labs are decent and regularly updated for practical work. Overall, the infrastructure is satisfactory and supports learning. The hostel is comfortable with basic facilities. The mess provides simple but decent food. The canteen food is better for variety. Medical facilities are available on campus, and we also have sports grounds for cricket, football, badminton, and indoor games. Life here feels balanced with both academics and extracurricular activities.

Faculty: The Commerce faculty is helpful and qualified, teaching with practical examples. The curriculum covers core subjects and builds a strong base, though extra skills are needed for industry readiness. Exams are moderate, with pass rates around 80–90%.

Other: I chose IMD in Commerce because it builds a strong base for careers in business and higher studies like CA, CS, or MBA. The best part is the supportive faculty and well-structured curriculum. However, I wish there were more industry-oriented workshops and internship opportunities. The campus is lively with cultural fests, sports, and extracurricular activities. The surroundings are green and peaceful, and connectivity to the city is good. Scholarships are also available for deserving students, which is very helpful. Overall, the course offers balanced academics with good campus life, though more practical exposure would make it even better.

College is really good for higher studies and infrastructure also good .

Placements: Regarding our Tripura University (In our batch we are 29 student in commerce department and as I know the highest package offered by University is 15k per month, mostly banking sector )company are recruiter like bandhan Bank and other private sector banks.

Infrastructure: As I know infrastructure of the university is good and they offered many facilities like computer lab, library, and digital board so on. Tripura University also offered hostel facilities for those who came from outside or rural areas and this University has two canteen which food price is expensive as compared to outside shops.

Faculty: In our commerce department professor, guest facilities teacher teach us and they were qualified and knowledgeable. Semester examination questions types was tough for me but for others it might be easy or tough and percentage of passing marks is 40% and passing percentage of students is 95% .

Other: This course offered various calculation and numerical portion and marketing related which I like most for learning that's why I choose this course .

The area of the university is so big, I never imagined that. Everything is just so good.

Placements: There are 50-60% of students who are placed in the course. Recruitment companies like Bajaj, Wipro, etc. All students can apply for Internship and many more, such as 1 course per semester. IMD in Commerce can offer vast Roles because not only does it teach us about accounting, but also many more, i.e., management, corporate accounting, fundamentals of Statistics, etc.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities available for students so they can study comfortably. They can get Wi-Fi and other e book facilities, and also a computer lab, both in the library and in the department. If we talk about infrastructure, it is definitely good, clean, and comfortable to study in.

Faculty: Teachers are really good. They are knowledgeable, some of them are Ph.D. students, and some of them have completed Ph.D. courses, allowing the students and teachers to connect and study with vast knowledge. Semester exams are not that difficult. They involve knowledge, and Teachers also help us to understand the subject very conveniently.

Other: One of the best courses, and this course is not only reducing 1 year B.Com + M.Com takes up to 6 years, but also giving you the teaching of not only UG but PG too in your early semester. You can learn many more not only Accounting, Management, and Economics, that is the major subjects, but also basic computer, statistics in computer, and many more. There are many programs you can enjoy that are celebrated in the department itself.

Good and satisfied because of our faculty members, teachers, and infrastructure.

Placements: A minimum of 80% of students get placed in our course. I have no idea about the highest, lowest, or average package in our course. From the 3rd year, every student from the department gets the chance to do an internship. Companies include Maruti Suzuki Nexa, Pran Ltd., cooperative banks, Central, and Polo Malls.

Infrastructure: We have a good Wi-Fi connection for Rs. 200. We also have a lab with 20 computers. The computer lab, conference lab, and library all have AC. The classrooms have a good study environment, including fans, lights, SMART boards, etc. There is also a good environment and quality food in the canteen and mess. A medical hospital is available at Gate No. 4. Sports like football, cricket, badminton, athletics, etc., are also provided by our university.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They guide us well and are qualified, hold doctorates, and are very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in the department are well organized, and the passing percentage is 99%.

Other: Our university is a ragging-free campus. An open theatre is available, and parking space for cars is provided. There is a cafeteria. Natural features like a lake view, many trees, and a park are also present.

Teaching faculty is proper and has proper knowledge. The campus is open and eco-friendly.

Placements: Passing percentage is 99%, and it's 100% for back papers. I don't know about this until now. Commercial Banks and big local companies like Maruti Suzuki NEXA, PRAN, etc. offer 100% internships in locally available businesses because it's in the course. The roles offered can at least provide a proper business job.

Infrastructure: Available classes for every semester. Every class has proper seating facilities and ceiling fans. The course covers every aspect of the commercial and real market scenarios. There is a proper library facility with many books on different topics.

Faculty: Teachers are very well qualified and have proper teaching experience, but there is a lack of them. The course curriculum is very relevant and follows subjects related to real-life markets and situations. The semesters are moderately difficult but relevant. The passing percentage is 99%, with few students having back papers.

Other: Our university is a ragging-free campus. There is an open-air theater, and parking spaces for cars are available. We also have a cafeteria and natural features like a lake view, trees, and parks.
