Tripura University accepts CUET PG scores, followed by a counselling process for admisison to MA, MSc, MCom, MTech, and LLM, among other PG courses. Tripura University CUET PG cutoff 2024 has been released for Round for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS and PWD categories. As per the Central university of tripura cutoff 2024 for CUET PG, the cutoff scores ranged between 2 and 87, among which M. Pharm. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry was the most competitive PG course. The least competitive course was M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with a Round 1 cutoff score of 2 for the General AII India category students.

It is a Central University that was established in October 1987. It is located at Agartala with 78 acres of campus. It is approved by UGC and has got accreditation from NAAC. It has achieved 88th rank in NIRF rankings and 4th rank in Eastern India in 2016. The University has 46 departments offering 58 programs to students from India and Bangladesh. 

The university course list consists of undergraduate (B.B.A, B.Voc. etc.), postgraduate (M.A., M.Sc. etc.) postgraduate Diploma ( PG Diploma in Women's Studies, PG Diploma in Hindi Translation etc.) and integrated courses (M.A. Integrated). Tripura University courses are offered in diverse streams like engineering, law, sciences, humanities & social sciences etc. All the programmes of the varsity are offered in full time mode. Talking about Tripura University, it offers various courses such as B.Tech/B.E., MBA/PGDM, M.A., M.Sc, B.Sc, B.A. and many more. Amongst all the courses, PG has shown most placements for the year 2022. The University has still not released the 2023 placement report. But, the NIRF report 2023 is out. According to the report, a total of 141 PG students were placed during Tripura University placements 2022. The median package offered to PG (1-year) and PG (2-year) students was INR 3 LPA and INR 2.60 LPA, respectively. For PG (3-year) courses, the median package was INR 10 LPA. So, basically we can say that choice of course depends upon the person's interest but looking into placements, PG sector is better option to pursue at Tripura University.
