An excellent department in Tripura University.

Placements: The placements are good. The placements department in the college is excellent. The selection of the students is done with the entrance test and those who score good mark in the test they are given opportunity in this university. The students who score good rank in this university they also got chance to study without facing any entrance exam.

Infrastructure: The college is excellent with MHRD mobile Wi-Fi. Tripura University is a fully Wi-Fi enabled campus. The computer laboratory was also available in this department with advanced technology in remote sensing and GIS. There is a cultural program done in the college.

Faculty: The faculty is good in their teaching, and the teaching makes students understand the topic in the college. There are also smart-class facilities for the students. The students also get the opportunity for taking the class on a particular topic in the college with the help of presentation.

Overall it's a good university to study.

Placements: I don't know about the actual placement from my course because I am a fresh student. I have seen many of my seniors have been placed in many government and non-government jobs and engaged in a Ph.D. after completion of the course. I think no significant placements in our course.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is good. We receive good food. The library also has specialized facilities. Labs and classrooms are also pretty good, but they need some more infrastructural development. The quality of the hostel is not very good. But instead of that, it is very good to stay.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. Good at communications and have strong knowledge about the subject matter. The course is very relevant. It allows me to gain knowledge about geographical knowledge, interacting with geo-spatial technologies that are present in the lab. I did not find any kind of difficulties. The percentage of our semester in the previous semester was approximately 90%.

Other: I am quite interested in environmental studies, so I chose this course. The best thing is that the geospatial technologies.
