Calicut University B.Ed Eligibility & Highlights 2025
In the field of Education, Calicut University offers two-year B.Ed programme to the students across 12 specialisations. The University of Calicut has 69 colleges offering B.Ed programme (two Govt colleges, two aided colleges, 11 University Teacher Education Centres and 54 self-financing colleges). Selection is based on the aggregate marks/grade the applicants obtain in the degree exams. The following table mentions the eligibility criteria for all B.Ed specialisations:

- BSc with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Applied Statistics as main with 50% aggregate in part I+II+III together/ 50% aggregate for part-III alone or MSc in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Applied Statistics with 50% aggregate. - Candidates with Statistics/ Applied Statistics should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects - UG in Engineering or UG in Technology with 55% aggregate |
