University of Hyderabad MSc courses are offered for two years and five years for BSc+MSc courses and MSc+PhD. The university's basic eligibility criteria for admission into MSc courses is that candidates must complete their BSc (Hons.)/ BSc degrees in the related field/ same subject according to the specialisation chosen by the candidates. Additionally, candidates must have secured at least an aggregate of 60% in their Class 12 (Science stream) and 55% in their BSc degrees.
UOH MSc is available in various specialisations, such as Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Integrated BSc + MSc in Physics, MSc in Health Psychology, Integrated MSc + PhD in Biotechnology, etc. Univeristy of Hyderabad MSc admissions is based on CUET PG. University of Hyderabad MSc Fees 2025
The University of Hyderabad MSc fees include multiple components, such as tuition fees, hostel fees, and various other one-time charges. The total tuition fee for MSc courses ranges from INR 13,540 to INR 46,300. Additionally, the hostel fee for MSc courses ranges from INR 5,600 to INR 9,350, and the one-time payment ranges from INR 2,340 to INR 3,520.
The hostel fee structure differs according to the accommodation opted by students, and the category of students. The hostel fee is as follows: for UR/ EWS/ OBC the per-month room rent is INR 3,850, for SC/ ST/ PWD the per-month room rent is INR 3,150 and for SC/ST below the annual income of INR 2 lakh the per month room rent is INR 2,150.
