This completed form can further be submitted to the department along with copies of the necessary documents. The documents required with the application form are Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet, graduation degree and marksheet (if applicable), postgraduation degree and marksheet (if required), migration certificate, character certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), original application fee e-receipt, and one passport-size photograph.

No, you cannot get direct admission in MBA course at Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University. Admissions to this course is entrance-based. The university conducts an online test followed by a personal interview of the same. Career mapping of the student is also done and analysed. 

Candidates need to upload mark sheets and certificates of all examinations, conduct certificate from the institution last attended, SC/ST certificate from the concerned authority. PH certificate of physically challenged students. Sports and games certificate of participation are required for quota and special weightage from the concerned authority, certificate shall be produced from the Rajya/Zilla Sainik Board by the applicants interested to apply under Ex- /In-service quota. 

Priority shall be given to applicants under the Ex-Serviceman quota, original application fee e-receipt, three passport size photographs (one to be fixed in the application form and two more copies to be attached with the form), migration Certificate, if the candidate is not from Utkal University.
