Steps to fill and submit PUCAT application form 2026 are provided below.

Click on application form link on VBSPU's admission portal
Click on 'New Registration'. Enter your name and contact details.
You will receive an OTP. Enter it in required field to generate application number.
Log in again to complete your profile by providing details: parents' names, address, gender, blood group, etc.
Proceed to next page and enter required details: domicile, language proficiency, etc.
Upload documents: a photograph, signature and ID proof.
Preview and submit by clicking on 'Confirm and Lock'.
