Application Form: Students who are interested in pursuing a course at V.B.S Purvanchal University, can fill PUCAT application form online. Aspirants have to fill out form online, download it and send it by post to the university before last date. Application fee can also be paid at campus along with application form. 

Admit Card: Successful applicants can download PUCAT admit card from website a week or two before exam dates. Admit card is an important document that needs to be carried to exam centre.
