VMOU MET Exam Dates 2026: Check Exam, Application, Admit Card & Result Dates

VMOU MET exam is conducted in pen and paper mode. The duration of the exam is two hours and the question paper consists of 100 questions from Reading Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and Numerical Ability. Each question in the VMOU MET 2025 question paper will carry 1 mark for correct attempt. The total marks is 100. There is no negative marking in VMOU MET.

VMOU offers MBA in Human Resource Management, MBA in Financial Management and MBA in Marketing Management. Candidates can take admission into any of these courses through VMOU MET. The duration of these courses is 2 years and can be completed in 4 years as well.

VMOU MET 2026 will be conducted at the VMOU centres in seven cities – Ajmer, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota and Udaipur. The test city option is to be mentioned in the VMOU MET application form so that the university allots a centre in the same city as the candidate wants.  When filling the VMOU MET form, candidates must select test city option carefully.

To VMOU MET result, candidates have to log on to the university website. Given below is the result download process:

• Log on to the VMOU website.
• Enter their application number and password in the relevant field.
• The PDF file of VMOU MET scorecard will appear on the screen.
• Click on the download icon to get the scorecard.

VMOU MET 2024 results will not be sent to any candidate by post. Candidates will have to download their result from the university’s official website only.

Candidates who have cleared bachelor’s or equivalent degree from any recognised University with minimum 50 per cent aggregate are eligible to apply for VMOU MET exam. Final year graduation students can also apply but they will have to have completed the course by the time of admission into MBA at VMOU.

The VMOU MET syllabus covers lots of topics from Numerical Ability, Data Interpretation, English Language and Logical Reasoning. Time duration of about six months is recommended to complete the syllabus thoroughly. Candidates must start exam preparation according to the phase in which they want to appear for VMOU MET. This will give them ample time to cover the syllabus.

Candidates who have a valid score of CAT and CMAT need not appear for VMOU MET. They can apply for admission basis their score in these exams. However, scores should not be more than one year old. For example, if you plan for VMOU MBA in 2026, you must have passed CAT 2025 or CMAT in 2026.

VMOU MET 2026 result for the first phase of this academic session will be announced about a month after the exam. Candidates can check their selection status and complete admission formalities online on the exam website. The result will be available in downloadable PDF format. To download the scorecard, candidates will have to log in to their VMOU account.
