The toughest specialisations among the General AI category candidates were MD in Radio Diagnosis and MD in General Medicine, with the last round closing ranks of 119 and 216, respectively. Contrary to that, the easiest specialisations were MD in Physiology and MS in Anatomy, with the closing ranks of 57420 and 47483 in the last round.

Check out the table to find the round 1 and last round closing ranks for the SC AI category candidates. In round 1, the cutoff ranks closed between 2866 and 53556. In the last round, the ranks closed between 2866 and 95988. Looking at the cutoff list for the SC AI category candidates, it was evident that a few specialisations were more popular than others. For instance, MD in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy and MS in General Surgery were the most favoured due to the tough competition. In the last round, the ranks closed between 433 and 57064. The toughest specialisation among the EWS AI category candidates was MD in Radio Diagnosis. For MD in Radio Diagnosis, round 1 and the last round closing ranks were 433. The second toughest specialisation among the EWS AI category candidates was MD in General Medicine, for which 519 and 1102, respectively.
