Interview process

Group Discussion and Personal Interview

As part of their admissions process for various programs, IIIT Hyderabad holds personal interviews and group discussions. The IIIT Hyderabad campus will serve as the setting for both the group discussion and the individual interview. Depending on the program for which you applied, the topics of the group discussion might be different. Notwithstanding, regularly, the points are connected with current undertakings, social issues, or some other important subjects connected with the program. The group discussion may last anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes, and the weighting may differ from program to program. Usually, the personal interview is done right after the group discussion. The personal interview may last anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes, and the weighting may also differ from program to program. It varies from program to program how much weight is given to the personal interview and group discussion. Nonetheless, ordinarily, the weightage is around 20-30% of the general confirmation process.
