Shoolini University emerges as a preferred source for hiring fresh talent by corporate India

Top Companies such as Hindustan Unilever, Nestle, Genpact, Tata Hitachi, JCB, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Hilti, Hughes Systique, Toyota Tsusho, Havells, Abbott, Cipla, Hand many more visited Shoolini recently and hired students at high packages. Over 75 companies have already participated this year, making job offers to over 300 students. The highest package offered so far was Rs. 18 Lacs CTC.

Rising placement trends seen at Shoolini University: Highly regarded for its student quality and academic delivery, Shoolini University has seen a rising placements graph every year. Top Companies such as Hindustan Unilever, Nestle, Genpact, Tata Hitachi, JCB, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Hilti, Hughes Systique, Toyota Tsusho, Havells, Abbott, Cipla,  Hand many more visited Shoolini recently and hired students at high packages. Over 75 companies have already participated this year, making job offers to over 300 students. The highest package offered so far was Rs. 18 Lacs CTC.

Shoolini University’s placement process comprises of multiple cohorts spread over the final semester. Program-wise placement weeks are organized from November till June. This model has proved to be highly successful and effective as Shoolini is able to not only place 100% of MBA students consistently over the past 4 years but also nearly all interested and eligible students of other faculties/schools like Engineering, Bio-Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology and Applied Sciences.  Recently, interactive online tutoring platform hired our MBA and Bioengineering students at a package of Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Xcelris Labs hired students from Shoolini’s highly popular YILP program.

That is just one small part of the story. Another 30 Indian and MNCs are expected to visit in May and June to hire students for Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology and Applied Sciences. Some of the companies invited and expected are Eicher Volvo, Edelweiss Tokio, Bank of America, Mahindra Swaraj Tractors, Cremica Foods, Air Asia, Satyam Auto, The Lalit, Godrej Agrovet, Luminous Schneider, Microtek, Kalpataru, Carlsberg, Sun Pharma, Zydus Cadila, Dr. Reddy’s, etc. to name a few, and are expected to play a key role in Shoolini’s continuing vibrant and busy placement season.

The median placement package as per Shiksha for Punjab Agricultural University is 4,20,000. Whereas at Shoolini University, it is INR 3,00,000 (median) and INR 6,00,000 (the highest). For more details, aspirants must download the placement report of both the universities.

Punjab Agricultural University has different fee for each  M.Tech specialisation.  The fee for M.Tech Remote Sensing & GIS is INR 70,000. However, it might increase or decrease as per the university fee policy. Whereas, Shoolini University charges between INR 6.38 lacs and INR 6.48 lacs.

Punjab Agricultural University give admission in the M.Tech course based on marks obtained in PAU-MET entrance exam. Whereas, Shoolini University offers admission based on marks obtained in CUET PG and GATE exam.

Shoolini University has retained its position as No.1 Private University in India according to QS World University Rankings 2026 released by global higher education analysts Quacquarelli Symonds. University has also made significant leap in global rankings.

Yes, Shoolini University is one of the best colleges for MBA. The students get placed in one of the top companies like Cognizant, Polaris, LG Electronics, Genpact, Code Brew, Net Solution,  and more. The highest package in 2024 was INR 42 lacs per annum.
