Dr Hari Shankar Shyam, Professor and Chairperson of Executive Education at Sharda University, speaks in-depth about the main distinguishing characteristics that set them apart from other institutions providing comparable programmes in an interview with Shiksha.com. In the fields of management education, Dr Hari Shankar Shyam is a renowned educationist, researcher, and trainer. He holds a PhD in management and a master's degree in marketing-related management. He has completed certificate programmes in marketing from marketing tycoon Philip Kotler and IBM in SPSS and Cognos, respectively. He serves as a mentor and advisor to businesses including Howard International, Sajdhaj, Hotel Waterlily, Sahaj, and Great Northern Himalayas. He has travelled much throughout India, as well as numerous SAARC, South East Asian, Middle Eastern, and Central European nations.

Q: What is the difference between the teaching methodology in your institute and others?
