Poornima University, established in 2012, is a privately-owned university in Jaipur. The University was established by the Rajasthan State Legislature and is recognised under the University Grants Commission (India) Act, 1956. It provides courses at an undergraduate level in the fields of engineering: B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and Information Communication Technologies.

Undergraduate Courses

• Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering)

• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Eligibility: A 10+2 pass with a minimum of 50% in aggregate from CBSE or an equivalent board is required.

• Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a two-year professional post-graduate programme for candidates from all disciplines who want to delve deeper into the world of computer applications. Eligibility: Passed BCA/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree; or Passed B.Sc/B.Com/B.A with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level with 50%.

• Master of Technology (M.Tech.)

Engineers can pursue a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree as a post-graduate degree. It forms an extension of an engineer's graduate education and provides him with an opportunity for the practical implementation of engineering knowledge.

BE/B.Tech/equivalent in relevant discipline from a recognised university with 55% marks or 6.25 CGPA on a 10 point scale is required.
