I wanted to do BBA in Marketing and the college that had the best courses and subjects from was Amity University, Mumbai. This made me choose this college. The subjects that are available in this college are rarely available in other colleges which made me realize that I really should work hard to get into this college. I got interested in business in 11th itself, making me take Business Studies in 11th and 12th. I am very keen to exploit this course more and want to know inside out about it. Till 10th, I was never a serious student and was more casual when it came to studies. I even played football till late at night during my Board exams. In 11th, I realized that it was high time for me to start studying and I had to do more in life which made me start working hard.

I started working hard, I started researching for college which provides great BBA courses and one such college was Amity University, Mumbai. Few other colleges I was very keen on getting admitted to was Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune; Christ University, Bangalore and IBS Hyderabad. I had missed out on the last dates of IBS and Symbiosis. I realized that amongst Christ University and Amity, Amity is better for BBA as they provide better exposure. Amity did not have any entrance exam when I went there for admission. However, we had to have a minimum of 55% in 12th standard. There was a personal interview conducted by their experienced staff.

Amity University, Mumbai has a lot of extra-curricular activities and my favorite amongst them is football. Before I came to this college, I was weak in English. I realized that English is the most used language here and people are great at it. I eventually developed my vocabulary and my accent and I am really thankful to Amity for that. Evenings, I usually go for a stroll outside the college. It is full of greenery and serenity which makes the college environment cool. During night time, I usually roam around near the mess and eat the delicious food that they provide. The food is good and they provide tori, sabzi, dal, chawal, and a dessert.
