Kerala Plus two Migration Certificate 2025: The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) will release will issue the Kerala 12th Migration Certificate 2025. Those students who wish to pursue higher studies out of Kerala, have to apply for the Kerala Higher secondary Migration Certificate 2025. The students have to pay the fees INR 50 while submitting the application for the Kerala 12th migration certificate.

- Attested copy of the Plus two certificate,
- Original of treasury chellan INR 50 with title '0202-01- 102-97(03)' Other Receipts.
- 9.35 x 4.25 long post cover with address to which migration certificate should be sent.

Applications for Migration certificates in all other cases including Old Scheme, duly recommended by the Principal, shall be submitted directly to the Joint Director (Exam), Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Housing Board Buildings, Santhinagar, Thiruvananthapuram-1. Attach self addressed stamped envelope and original Chalan Receipt for fees remitted.
