NMIMS Admission Process for MBA, and BBA
SVKMs NMIMS offers admission to multiple courses, including BBA and MBA. NMIMS BBA admissions are based on NPAT scores, while NMIMS MBA admissions are done through NMAT exam, along with multiple selection rounds. Candidates aspiring for BBA admissions have to apply for the NPAT exam and take the test as per the schedule. Whereas, NMIMS MBA admissions requires candidates to apply for both NMAT and NMIMS. Candidates willing for MBA admission at any of the NMIMS campuses through NMAT are also required to submit NMIMS registration form separately on the institute website, nmims.edu.

SVKMs NMIMS offers UG as well as PG courses. Admissions to UG courses at NMIMS is done based on university level entrance exams, such as NPAT, NMIMS CET, etc. In contrast, NMIMS MBA admissions is primarily based on the NMAT scores. Based on the NMAT scores, applicants are shortlisted for admissions rounds, such as psychometric test, PI and WAT. NMIMS MBA admissions is done considering the cumulative performance of candidates in NMAT, and other selection rounds.

NMIMS LAT application form is available for admission to BA LLB and BBA LLB courses offered at the School of Law, NMIMS. The last date to fill out the NMIMS LAT application form is going to be announced.
To secure admission to BCom at NMIMS Bangalore, candidates must have a valid qualification. For NMIMS Bangalore BCom admission, candidates are required Class 12 exam score with 50% aggregate from a recognised board and a valid exam score in the NPAT exam 2025. Candidates must apply for the course before the last registration date and appear for the online computer-based entrance exam. Once candidates have a valid exam score they become eligible for the final selection rounds. When the merit lists are out after the exam, the school releases dates for document upload and payment of admission fees. Shortlisted candidates are required to pay the admission confirmation fee and appear for the document verification process. Once the fees are paid candidates are officially admitted to the BCom course at NMIMS Bangalore.
NMIMS MBA Admission 2026
SVKMs NMIMS offers MBA admissions based on candidate’s performance in the NMAT exam, followed by evaluating his/her performance in the selection rounds conducted for shortlisted candidates. NMIMS MBA Selection Process 2026
NMIMS MBA admission is divided into two stages mentioned below:
Stage 1: Appearing for NMAT
NMAT exam conducted by GMAC is a mandatory to apply for any of the following NMIMS MBA programs

Stage 2: Selection Rounds to be administered by NMIMS for Shortlisted Candidates
NMIMS shortlists candidates based on the sectional and overall scores in the NMAT exam. The shortlisted candidates have to go through selection rounds including NMIMS Aptitude Test and personal interview. The details of the NMIMS MBA selection rounds are conveyed in a notification released with the NMIMS MBA admission schedule.
All shortlisted candidates get a call letter inside their NMIMS login dashboard. Call letter mentions the venue for the selection rounds along with the complete schedule. Candidates have to carry the call letter on the day of selection tests.

NMIMS BBA Admission
SVKMs NMIMS offers BBA admissions through NPAT exam. The entrance exam is conducted by NMIMS to fill seats across streams, including Commerce, Economics, Liberal Arts, International Studies, Management, along with Branding and Advertising. NPAT exam is administered to fill seats across the following campuses:
- Mumbai

- Chandigarh
- Dhule

Similar to the NMAT exam structure, NPAT 2026 will be conducted thrice within a test window of more than 100 days. Candidates can choose to appear for all three attempts. NMIMS will consider the best of three scores for admissions through NPAT.
