AAA CET is a well-established and highly recommend college for engineering.
Placements: It is good in terms of placements. In my batch, the highest package offered is 8.5 LPA. It provides a good number of opportunities for students. Placement starts with training of the aptitude from the first year itself with a skilled trainer.
Infrastructure: Each department has its respective labs with a huge capacity of computers and machines. There are two blocks, and the third block is being constructed. One for the first year and the other for the remaining years and department students. For sports, there are two big grounds and other sports spaces.
Faculty: Mostly, professors are PhD holders. There are two internal exams followed by the mid-semester exam, which helps students focus and learn the subject. There are a total of 8 periods in a day, with two or three periods of library and sports in a week.
Other: There are at least one or two events in a week. There are two grand events, the annual day and the sports day, which help students to be good at communication and to show their talents. They encourage us to participate in events. Personally, I have benefited a lot from these types of event which improves my communication skills.

Placements: Placements are good in my college. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA from small companies. Top packages vary depending on job roles in the organisation. In my course, students can become software developers and take on other roles. They can work with developing technology.
Infrastructure: Hostel is good. Once a month, events are conducted in the hostel where students can enjoy a lot. Food quality is overall good and resembles home food. Students can join the hostel without worrying about food quality. A variety of foods are provided.
Faculty: Staff teach the syllabus and also help in skill building. They assist in gaining skills in one domain. Curriculum provides a basic understanding of computers in this developing field. Internal exams are held once a month, and they are considered for semester marks.

Our college has poor lab facilities and teaching.
Placements: About 58 students in computer science course are placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA, and the average salary package is 3.5 LPA. About 70% of students got paid internships without any help from college. About 30% of students do not attend internships. The top role is offered by TCS.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available on campus. Wi-Fi is available sometimes, but once 20-25 students get connected, the server will be down. Labs are also not good. Some monitors don't have CPUs. Some PCs do not work properly. Classrooms and library are good. Hostel rooms are good. The hostel and canteen food is average. Sports and games are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and qualified. They are neither knowledgeable nor good at teaching. Teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is not relevant to the current technology. It doesn't make students ready for the industry. Our college comes under Anna University. The question papers are also from Anna University. The pass percentage is 50% for the internal exam and 45% for the semester exam.
Other: I chose CSE because of my interest in it. It will be easy to get placed in an IT company with a decent salary package. Faculty members should improve their teaching skills and knowledge about the course. The campus surroundings, events, and extracurricular activities are so good. Scholarship schemes are also good. No festivals are celebrated on campus.

It is a good college with a good infrastructure.
Placements: The placement training is good. Companies like tier-3 and sometimes tier-2 visit the college for placements. It depends upon each student to get placed. If you have good skills and go along with all the placements happening around your zone, then you can get placed in a tier-1 company.
Infrastructure: Though the college was developing within a short span of time, they have good infrastructure with seminar halls for each department. It has good lab facilities for all departments. There is only one small library with fewer amount of books.
Faculty: You will get great support from faculty members. They are friendly enough to help you with your studies. The majority of the faculty members will give notes and has good subject knowledge. They would willingly help you even in clearing the arrear exams.
Other: Initially, when I joined the college, there was a sony fest, and at this time, usually final year students conduct many events, and it would be funny. It also creates some good relationships with juniors. Now, it conducts only an annual day and sports day.

Good placement in 2018.
Placements: Good placements last year. Infosys hired many students from CS department. Also Audi hired many students from mechanical engineering department. Average package offered is 7 lacs per annum. There are 80 per cent of students hired in many companies.
Infrastructure: Good Infrastructure. Good Environment to study. Nice information to get the ideas to score more marks. There is Wi-Fi available 24/7. Good Environment in hostel. There will be the separate hostel for boys and girls. They are providing the good food for them.
Faculty: Good Teaching. Good staffs and cute staffs. Hardworking staffs. They cleared all doubts in exams. They provide enough internal marks in anna university web portal. They conduct many exams to score many marks in anna university. And also they will refund the amount if we get the top rankings in anna university.
Other: I chose this department just because its my passion.
