BA students at ABBS can apply for scholarships under various categories. Every scholarship has its own set of eligibility criteria, scholarship amount and a limited number of allottees. Students can apply for any one of the available scholarships. The categories under which ABBS scholarships are provided are listed below:

The students pursing a BA at ABBS are eligible to apply for any one of the various scholarships available at the B-School. All the scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis. To continue to the scholarship benefits beyond one year, students must maintain an attendance of at least 75% and secure passing CGPA in every exam. ABBS fees for a BA comprise various components such as the tuition fee, hostel fee, medical insurance, mess and other security deposits, etc. The tuition fee for BA at Acharya Bangalore B-School is INR 2.1 Lacs for three years. The fee is payable semester-wise. Candidates must note that this fee is sourced from the official website of the institute/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative.

Yes, Bachelor of Arts (BA) is available at ABBS, Bangalore. The duration of the UG-level course is three years. Students can major in three disciplines/specialisations. The specialisations offered at the institute are Psychology, Journalism, Tourism, Sociology, and Political Science. As the institute is affiliated with Bangalore University, students get awarded with a BA degree of the university on completition of the programme. Yes, someone who scored 70% in 12th or 10+2 can get into ABBS for the UG courses.

The selection criteria of Acharya Bangalore Business School is mentioned below:

• Passed 10+2 or PUC equivalent degrees from a recognised board.

• A minimum aggregate of 50% in 10th and 12th.

Candidates who have secured 40-50% marks in the class 12 exam of various boards will qualify for the courses offered at Acharya Bangalore Business School directly. They only have to fill out an application form online and pay the application fees.

Yes, for UG courses, ABBS offer multiple scholarships. The institute offers a total of 25 scholarships for UG applicants. In these scholarships, students are given a tuition fee waiver which ranges from 20 percent to 50 percent as per the category. The categories of scholarships are as follows:

Note: 

• UG students must maintain a minimum of 80 per cent in all semesters to avail the scholarships, whereas students of sports and EBC categories need to maintain a 60 per cent aggregate in all semesters to avail their respective scholarships.
• Students applying for Sports Scholarship should have represented at a national/ international level sport. The date on the certificate of participation should be within the previous five years from the date of the scholarship application.
• Students applying for Cultural Star Scholarship should have demonstrated excellence and innovation in any aspect of art and culture or showcased their talent at a state/ national event. International level event will be given preference.
