Acharya Institute of Technology Collaborates with Infogen Labs Headquartered in Los Angeles

August 25, 2023:Acharya Institute of Technology cooperated with Infogen Labs, which has offices in Silicon Valley, Canada, India, and the Netherlands. Infogen Labs is a global digital consulting firm that specialises in developing scalable software solutions and applications. A total of 19 B.Tech students from Acharya Institute of Technology have been chosen to serve as interns with Infogen Labs for a period of four months to one year on real-world projects. Students will be able to leverage the productivity power of Artificial Intelligence in Data Visualisation and Information Management. The formal inauguration ceremony took place at Acharya campus on 24th August with key attendees 
from both organizations some of which are Sanjeev Kuwadekar, CEO, Infogen labs, Sid Patki, COO, Infogen labs, Andrew Yoshikawa, CRO, Infogen Labs, Vinod Nehete, CTO, Infogen Labs etc. 

Acharya Institute of Technology Won State Level VTU Baseball Tournament

August 1, 2023: Karnataka's Mysore - Acharya Institute of Technology won the coveted State-Level VTU Baseball Tournament played at the VTU Regional Office in Mysore in a stunning display of talent and teamwork. In the competition on July 27, On Thursday, some of the best baseball teams from the state's universities engaged in a fierce battle, but Acharya Institute of Technology ultimately won the championship. The boys' team started their campaign with a stunning 12-2 victory over PES and followed it up with a similarly remarkable 9-2 triumph over ATME. The squad defeated Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT) in the championship game, 13-6, to win the trophy. The tone of the match was set by K P Taranga with a home run, Darshan with another and Bhaskar unleashed a grand slam with third one. The team was led by Coach Gangadhar under the captainship of Syed Nawaz.

Acharya is great in the new era.

Placements: Almost 70 percent of students get placed in the college with good packages. Companies like Tata, Bosch, and Infosys hire students. It offers so many placements. I am from the mechanical course. I got placed in Tech Mata. The top roles offered are machine design and motor design.

The college is good for people who are hardworking because there are plenty of opportunities.

Placements: Most students get placed, and you will also if you try for placements from the first year itself. There are plenty of opportunities. Packages range from 4 LPA to 24 LPA. Companies like Microsoft recruit, and around 50 percent placement depends on your skills. Data analyst roles are offered, and IBM also conducts classes in the first semester. We have soft-skill classes during the semester.

The college has a good name, but the reality is different.

Placements: The placement percentage is pathetic, as the percentage of people who got placed is around 30%. The recruiters who came were mainly for software and testing roles, and other branches were clearly ignored. The maximum package was 9 LPA, and the least was 3 LPA.

I'm satisfied with college.

Placements: Around 80% of students are getting placed, and the highest package offered is around 65 LPA. Many companies like TCS, Amazon, etc. Almost around 200 to 300 companies come for the placement drive in Acharya, it is a very good place to get placed if you are career oriented.

Acharya Institute offers quality education with innovation, diversity, and global exposure.

Placements: In our college, the placement percentage is genuinely good but it can be better in future. Now it is 80 to 85%. Average package here is 3 LPA to 4 LPA which is quite decent. Seriously, when I entered this college, I thought I had made a big mistake. But this college proved to me wrong that here you don't have to worry about your placement drive. Mainly TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, L&T, etc. Tech companies come to college and recruit students. The highest package in our college history is 65 LPA.

Acharya Institute of Technology: the largest campus in Bangalore and the biggest fest, "Habba."

Placements: I am in 1st year, but I can tell that my college, especially the ISE and CSE departments, is achieving great placements. The average is 6 LPA, and some offers are above 15 LPA, but I am not sure about the highest package. Future packages are also expected to be good because my seniors are working hard, and they have good skills according to the market, and they are actively participating in hackathons.

The total fees for MBA course at Acharya Institute of Technology is INR 1.17 lacs.  However, the institute has different quotas which has huge impact on total fee. Therefore, the concerns must be raised, if any, before submitting MBA fees.

What are the frequencies for the accepted exams at Acharya Institute of Technology?

The CMAT exam takes place in the month of January every year. KMAT exam is held in February every year. PGCET exam happens in May every year. Whereas the MAT exam is held four times every year. The months are February, May, September, and December.

Acharya Institute of Technology has not released the ranking for MBA course. However, the course offered is accredited by NAAC, which is a premier body. In case of any ranking update, the same will be updated on Shiksha website.
