Good college life but placement needs improvement.
Placements: Placement opportunities are average. Not everyone is guaranteed a job, but if you excel in your skills, you can secure a good placement with a salary of up to 10 lakh per annum or more, depending on your abilities. On the other hand, the average salary is around 3-4 lakh per annum. Ultimately, your placement prospects depend more on your skills than on the college itself. Colleges do make significant efforts to assist students in finding placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not bad. We use college wifi itself on campus. Sometimes there might be an issue but overall it's fine. Classrooms were large with smart TVs and whiteboards as well. The hostel is good as I have heard but I never stayed in a hostel so I cannot tell you much about it.
Faculty: Semester exams can be easily cracked but in my opinion, the gap between industry and college syllabus is still there. Improvement must be made to the VTU syllabus. Faculty members are good and help us with any issues. You can contact them anytime. Passing marks should be 35 out of 100. And in our CSE we get 80-85% results every year.
Other: Fests are so good. If u want your college life to be the best, Acharya is your place. Acharya habba is famous in the entire Bengaluru.

Students who want campus life in Bengaluru.
Placements: I am currently in the pre-final year of my college, but when I talk about my seniors, not everyone is placed through our college. The highest salary package offered is 65 LPA (off-campus) and 12 LPA-15 LPA (on-campus). Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Tata, Infosys, BHive, etc. Internships are not provided by the college; students have to research and find them on their own. But, due to this, everyone can secure an internship.
Infrastructure: Course infrastructure is very good as it is under Visvesvaraya Technological University. Regarding facilities provided in my course, it is almost zero. College does not even provide computers in the lab for Computer Science/Information Science students. There is a personal library for the course, but it is very small, with just 3-4 shelves on two walls. The central library is very good. Wi-Fi is the worst on the whole campus. Students just can't use it, and mobile signal won't come through on campus. The hostel is very good in terms of rooms. There are 3 types of rooms available: Single Sharing, Double Sharing, and Triple Sharing, all of which are good. The mess is the worst, we will find insects in the food. Medical facilities are good and available 24/7. Sports and games are also very good and supportive. The only downside is that the hostel is not on campus. It is located about 500 meters away from the college.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and good, but some of them feel like they are knowledgeable due to their way of teaching. College hires teachers with the least bare minimum experience and therefore sometimes lack in teaching quality. Some of faculty members are knowledgeable but don't know how to explain the topic. Course curriculum is relevant and does make students industry-ready. Difficulty level of semester exams is average, even if students just read the notes once they will be able to pass the exams. Passing percentage is 40% for both semester exams and internal exams. Both are important, and failing to secure 40% in either one will make you fail in that subject.
Other: Overall, I would say that the college is average, not that good. The areas of improvement I would suggest are hostel could have been inside the campus, as there is a lot of space left empty. The college could also bring in some experienced faculty members. The central library should be open 24/7 for students. Only good thing about the college, in my opinion, is the infrastructure of the buildings and the overall look of the college. There are also several 5-6 food spots on campus where we can go and chill.
