Review of Acharya Institute of Technology.
Placements: Around 40% of students got placement last year which is not bad for mechanical engineering. The average salary offered was 11 to 12 LPA. If students are good at studies then placements are easy else it is difficult.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi speed is very bad. Hostel food is bad sometimes but is eatable. No CCTV is working in the classroom but the library is very good. Equipment in labs is not perfectly working only half of them are working. Sports are very bad they don't supply you any transport or any jerseys and they won't even tell you for half of the tournaments.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified good but they don't know how to teach, only some teachers teach well while some just read the lines and go which is not at all good as they just want to complete the course as soon as possible.
Other: No events or scholarships are provided but they do some extracurricular activities rarely.

It provides good infrastructure, and it is a huge 100 acres college, and has average placements.
Placements: Even though jobs in mechanical engineering were less but still around 50% of students got placed in this field. Some students from mechanical engineering were also working in IT companies. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Most of the students got placed as design engineers or production engineers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college and hostel was very good. They provide fast internet in the hostel, and students get 11 Mbps at night, but the Wi-Fi was enabled on the campus. Food was very good at the start of the year, and then quality keep on decreasing while students go forward in that year but still it was never bad for a hostel mess.
Faculty: Teachers were good and qualified. They should focus more on practical knowledge not just making students write assignments that no one writes on their own. Students had 3 internals in each semester which was 30% of the marks, one external of 60%, and 10% for assignments.
Other: I liked mechanical engineering from the beginning due to its scope in government jobs but no college provides practical knowledge. But here laboratories were decent and that was a plus point. Acharya was held every year, and students enjoyed that a lot.

Our college has a very good infrastructure.
Placements: Very less students get placed in our college, except in CS and IT departments. Placements in mechanical, civil, and electronics departments are very low.
Infrastructure: Our college has excellent infrastructure and library facilities. It provides the best learning platform. There is a very huge ground to play games, especially cricket, basketball, volleyball, chess, carrom, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good. They all are the best and share their knowledge with students.

It is the best for learning about life rather than exams and placements.
Placements: The placements are not good, but you can get more knowledge and life-learning concepts. Infosys is the top recruiting company for mechatroncis, ENC, and EEE branches. A less number of students got placed with average packages, which is not good. It's the college for students whose parents are already in the industry or business.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Separate Wi-Fi connections are available for students and faculty. One can access it using their ID and password. The library is good. The campus is huge, around 120 acres.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful. The syllabus of VTU is applicable to this institute as it is affiliated with VTU. Exams are conducted every month. Projects and assignments are conducted. The pass percentage is 35%. Students need to even demonstrate the project in front of a huge audience.

It is a good college is all aspects except for placements.
Placements: Around 10% of the students got placed from college. Infosys was one of the top recruiting companies that visited the campus for recruitment. Companies for other streams were very less. Many sales companies visited the campus. Industry exposure was less. Students did not have much practical knowledge in terms of learning. The highest salary package offered was 9 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The entire campus was Wi-Fi enabled. It had good classrooms. The library was also very good which was claimed to be built for 10 crores. Sports facilities were also good, and there was a lot of encouragement for these. It was a good campus and the hostel was one of the best in the college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were average, and so was the teaching quality. The course was based on VTU which was a university. The course curriculum was pretty old and can never make a student industry-ready. Students can join the college for other activities which happen well at the college.
