I am very satisfied with my college.
Placements: Students with 70% marks could get admission to my college easily. The highest package was 30 LPA, the lowest package was 3 LPA, and average package was nearly 7 LPA to 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and many more. It was a very good college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was very good. Libraries were provided with air-conditioned classes with many course books. Classrooms were very well managed. Hostels were clean and very well managed. Mess was hygienic and very tasty. I like my college.
Faculty: Teachers were very well qualified. They helped us with every question. Teaching quality of teachers was very good. Semester exams were not that much hard but after all, it was exam so you had to study. But if you study before the exam, you will pass easily.
Other: I chose this course because I love this course.

Good faculty and affordable fees, but needs improvement in infrastructure and placements.
Placements: The placement scenario is average. Only a few students got placed in my batch, mostly from the CS/IT stream. Companies like Wipro, TCS, and Infosys visited, but the packages were on the lower side, ranging between 2 LPA and 4 LPA. Internship opportunities are limited, and mostly students have to search for them on their own. College does conduct some placement training sessions, but not very frequently or regularly.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility provided by the college. Infrastructure for the course is basic. Fans in classrooms do not work properly, which makes it difficult in the summer. Wi-Fi is available in limited areas like the library and labs, but the speed is average. The library has decent resources, but they are not regularly updated. Medical and sports facilities are minimal and not very well maintained.
Faculty: The faculty is quite good. Teachers are helpful, qualified, and explain concepts nicely. The teaching quality is better than expected. Since it's a State-status DBT (Department of Biotechnology) college, the study environment is very disciplined and sincere. The course content is relevant, but still, a bit more practical learning can be added. Semester exams are fair and manageable, and the pass percentage is decent.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in computer science and the academic reputation of the college. Faculty support and affordable fees are the best parts. However, some improvements are needed in infrastructure, like classroom fans and placement training. Events and fests are held, but are not very grand. More attention is needed towards extracurricular activities and industry connections.

Decent academics, but poor infrastructure and no hostel facility.
Placements: The number of companies visiting for campus recruitment is quite limited, and most of them are focused on other departments. There is a lack of course-specific placement support, and many students have to look for off-campus opportunities and higher studies. Internship opportunities are also not strongly backed by the computer placement cell. This is something the administration should seriously work on if they aim to improve their career support for all streams equally.
Infrastructure: The college has basic facilities like a library, labs, and canteen, but classrooms are a bit suffocated. Labs are well-equipped, though there's no hostel, so students have to rely on PGs nearby. Sports and recreational facilities are quite limited and need improvement for a better student life.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and try to explain the concepts with clarity. The curriculum is mostly relevant and covers important topics, though more practical exposure would help. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and if you stay regular with studies, they're quite manageable. The pass percentage is decent, and most students do well with consistent effort.

    It's an above-average college.
Placements: I pursue the B.Sc. programme in Chemistry, in which you have to study three subjects for 3 years, but you can take one subject and complete your graduation in that particular subject. The highest package in my course is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA, while the average package is 4 LPA. Mostly, second-year and third-year students get internships. Only 30 to 40% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: In my college, Wi-Fi is available in good condition, all equipment is available in the lab, and classrooms are neat and clean. Blackboards are in good condition, the library is big, and 4 or 5 AC units are available in the library. Plus, there is a reading room where you can read books, study, or complete your homework. The canteen is okay. There is below-average food available, and prices are expensive. Medical facilities are okay, and sports grounds are available, but not in good condition. All kinds of indoor and outdoor games are available.
Faculty: Semester exams are not very tough. They are easy to pass. Teachers are fully qualified and knowledgeable, and their teaching qualities are also good, but some of them are not helpful at times. The timetable of classes is not good; if there is a class at 9:45 am, then the other classes are at 4 PM, and there is no class between them.

Overall, the teaching faculty is nice, but the infrastructure and college locality are not good.
Placements: The average placement of this college is 3 to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Wipro and TCS. Mostly, 60 to 100 students per year get placed. There is a placement cell for Computer Science students that is mostly run by students only.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not very good. The campus is very small and the canteen is not very spacious considering the college crowd. Some benches and tables are broken. Fans are not working in some classrooms. The computer labs are very nice, fully air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available.
Faculty: The teaching faculty in my department is nice and helpful. They provide notes and previous year questions for exam preparation. Some teaching staff are rude and give internal marks based on students' attendance rather than their test scores, which is very disappointing. This course makes students industry-ready as it develops programming skills. Semester exams are tough but not too difficult. Most students pass, except for those who skip their exams.
Other: I chose this course because it makes a student industry-ready by developing programming skills. One thing that should be improved in the course curriculum is having more practical classes than theoretical ones. The fests are average, not very good, as no big singers come to perform like in other DU colleges. The college surroundings are very bad, as they are not clean and are not very hygienic.

College is really decent, very peaceful and very clean. Classrooms are good, and labs are top-not
Placements: About 30% of students get placed from our course. Placement opportunities exist but are limited and generally mediocre. Most students either go for higher studies or off-campus jobs. We don’t have confirmed data on packages, but they are not very high. Internships are also secured by around 30% of students, mostly in small IT firms or startups. Top roles are in IT services and basic development or support roles. No major product-based or high-paying recruiters visit regularly.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure for our department is very good. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors and Wi-Fi. The labs are functional with updated systems and internet. The library is well-stocked and provides a quiet study environment. There is no hostel facility at our college, so students have to find PGs or rooms nearby. The canteen is decent but limited. Medical rooms and sports grounds are available, and various indoor and outdoor games can be played.
Faculty: Faculty is supportive, well-qualified, and helpful. They have good subject knowledge and are open to doubts and discussions. The course curriculum is fairly relevant, though it could use more focus on practical skills and industry-oriented tools. Exams are moderately difficult; passing is not too tough if you study regularly. The overall pass percentage is high. Classrooms are clean and well-maintained, although not air-conditioned, which can be a concern in summers.
Other: Course is reasonably priced considering the facilities and education provided. However, due to limited placement support, students need to rely heavily on self-preparation and off-campus efforts. For motivated students, it can still offer a good return on investment.
