Our college offers campus placements, infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: Placement offers are not better but the college condition is good. Placement cell efforts are 100 percent but the job depends on how students study and appear for the campus drive. The highest package is 20 LPA. The lowest is 4 LPA in our college. Companies like TCS, Deloitte, Wipro, and other companies visited for placements. Internships are off campus. There are no on-campus internship offers available. Top role in our course is an engineering role.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in our city. The facilities of our department are well designed. All facilities are available at the current time, like Wi-Fi which is the most important equipment for students for internet connection. Labs are available for practical sessions and gaining hands-on experience. The library is well designed. Medical and sports facilities are also decent.

Faculty: Faculty is well educated and knowledgeable but their teaching quality is bad. They do not know how to teach students in our course but the overall experience is good. The course curriculum is relevant, but this course is not important in the future. Semester examinations are not very difficult. Easy to pass if you attend regular classes. The pass percentage is 90 percent.

AKG College is the best in our city.

Placements: 80 percent of students got placed in different companies. The highest package is 20 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and average is 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, etc. Most students first got an internship period at a startup company, then were promoted to engineer. In our course, 70 percent of students got an internship last year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Wi-Fi is available, classrooms are decent, and labs are present with all necessary equipment. The library is available for study resources and books. A hostel is present, and food is acceptable and adjustable. Medical facilities are also decent, and the sports facilities are good.

Faculty: Faculty of our college is good. They are all highly qualified, educated, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good, and all are helpful for students. The course curriculum is not relevant, but the CSE course is relevant. Semester examination is not much difficult as compared to IIT.

Honest review of AKGEC Ghaziabad.

Placements: The placement rate is around 70 to 80% students placed from the course. The top recruiting companies are like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Accenture. They offer various roles like engineering designer, etc. There are various types of internships on the campus.

Infrastructure: The college has good facilities with different types of labs, classrooms equipped and many libraries. Labs for Mechanical Engineering are described as well-maintained and sufficient for each, with fast Wi-Fi. A canteen is good, it can be improved further as there are different types of snacks available.

Faculty: Lecturers are mostly well-educated and knowledgeable, with many holding a PhD and M.Tech degrees. This course is relevant, and students are ready for the industry. Exams are hard, we should prepare well for exams, and the pass percentage is like 75% to 80%.

Other: They are lack of events on campus, and there is no big fest, but education is good.

Describe the facilities and infrastructure of our college.

Placements: 70 percent of students got placed in this college. The highest package is 20 LPA, the lowest package is 4 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. The most visited companies in this college are Google, TCS, Amazon, and other companies that also come for placement drives. In this college, for our course, there is a 60 percent chance of getting an internship in the 3rd year of the course. The top role in this course is development and machine learning.

Infrastructure: Our department provides lots of infrastructure like 24-hour Wi-Fi, labs, and smart classes. The quality of the hostel is good, but the mess and canteen are not good. All types of medical facilities are available, like 24-hour doctors. All types of sports are available here.

Faculty: Most faculty are well-educated and knowledgeable. All have completed their Ph.D. and M.Tech. Their teaching quality is good, but they are very fast. All the course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. The semester examinations are easy, and the pass percentage is 40.

Good college but placements are very poor.

Placements: From the 7th semester, students are eligible for placement. There is a Training and Placement cell which will help you to get placed in a company. Very few placement opportunities are there in the college; it is hard to get a good placement. Some mass recruiter companies like Accenture, Capgemini, TCS have visited the college and placed around 300 students, offering the CTC around 3-4 LPA. Although the placement percentage is more than 90%.

Infrastructure: I liked the campus, infrastructure, and classrooms. I enjoyed my college life very well. Social interaction is good in the college. There are two canteens one in CS block and the other in Mechanical Block. I prefer Mechanical canteen because it was cheaper and has more variety of foods than the other one. Labs are old. Classrooms are spacious. Library is good; all types of technology books are available. There is a cricket ground, a volleyball court, and a badminton court present.

Faculty: The faculty to student ratio is good. I don't know the exact number, but there are 40 to 50 students in a class for 1 teacher, and I don't think this is a bad ratio. There are two Sectional Tests, one Pre University Test, and one University Test in a semester. Also, there are many class tests; it depends on the faculty. Curriculum was not updated with the latest technology. I was in Mechanical Engineering Department, and my curriculum was too old.

Good college in the world.

Placements: This college provided 35% of placements to the students. The highest package was approximately 11 LPA, and the lowest was 5 LPA from our course when I completed my degree. Top recruitment companies were TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Cisco, HCL, etc. There was no chance to get internships from our course. There was CSE branch to play.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure was bad. There were new buildings, and going to attach AC to the labs. Wi-Fi was available around our college campuses. Labs present with no equipment. Hostel was decent. Mess food was decent. Medical and sports facilities were good nowadays but not in my time.

Faculty: Faculty members were qualified but lacked experience. Their teaching quality was bad. They did not know what they had to teach. The lab assistant also became a teacher. Our course curriculum was not relevant, and that did not made students industry-ready. Semester exam was easy, and 70% was the pass percentage.

Other: The event was not organised. There were only two events happening fresher party and farewell party. But fee was full high which was not value for money.

I am very happy to be a student of this college.

Placements: Students who could get at least 65% in their 12th grade could get admission to this college only. Top recruiting companies offered internships to our college students like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, and Wipro. Average package for students was 5.35 LPA.

Infrastructure: There was a well-equipped infrastructure. It had comprehensive facilities including dedicated classrooms, advanced laboratories, and a robust IT infrastructure. College provided separate hostel rooms with AC, Wi-Fi, mess, delicious food, and canteens.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. Teaching quality was also very good. There was a moderate level of difficulty in semester exams in college. The pass percentage for students was generally high placement rates ranging from 50% to 90%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it.

I'm dissatisfied because of faculty and good placements in 2019.

Placements: About 35% of students are placed from this course. The student who got the highest package in my course is 11 LPA and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, and General Motors, and manufacturing giants like Siemens, Bosch, and Larsen & Toubro, and aerospace companies like Boeing and Lockheed Martin. Almost 55% of students got internships with these companies. Top roles offered are designing, developing, and manufacturing mechanical systems.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well planned and developed. The whole campus is covered with Wi-Fi, and the classrooms have smart boards. The labs are updated with the latest technology, computers, and have an Apple lab. The food available in the mess and canteen is freshly prepared and delivered in well-packed. The campus also has medical facilities and organizes an annual sports meet.

Faculty: The teachers are also disciplined because they are regular in lectures and always teach with sincerity. The teaching quality is excellent. The curriculum is relevant and makes the students ready for industrial work. The semester exams are average, and the passing criteria are to score 40% marks in each subject.

Other: I chose this course because I want to develop my mechanical skills and gain more knowledge about machines and their work. The best thing about this course is that it encourages you to explore the unexplored things. The campus organizes fests and extracurricular activities. The campus also provides scholarships based on students marks.
