I am satisfied with the college.
Placements: The college offers both IT sector jobs ie non core jobs and core jobs like for other branches except the CSE or IT, infact this year good core companies have been visiting the college and offering good packages. The college can still manage to call more companies so that more and more students can get placed because every company coming to hire mostly 6 to 7 candidates.
Infrastructure: The hostel provides good food in a mess I. e variety of food is given with good taste, though being a day scholar, I cannot tell much about it but the ACs are also not installed in the hostel. Wi-Fi is installed. The classrooms and library have ACs now and the library has Wi-Fi so overall infrastructure is good.
Faculty: The internal exams are taken monthly till one month before the final end sem exams but the final end sem exams are finalized by AKTU, which takes a lot of time i.e keeps on postponing the exam every time. The study is according to the curriculum and the subject, the passing percentage is basically that who do not get 5 to 6 back in a year.

Placements: The core companies these days coming to the college are offering some good packages and IT companies coming to the college also offer packages on a different scale. Though the college can offer more companies for students by reaching out to them, so that maximum students get on campus placement.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and library at this point do have the AC services, though the core labs and hostels still lack AC services. The food at mess of the hostels is good. The hostel can be been better if the ACs are installed. Rest of everything is good except the girls hostel timings ending at 5 PM.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and the exams are taken at regular basis. But sometimes the exams are postponed for over a month as AKTU passes the notice for end sem exams. So, the exams are scheduled to start from some date, but as the date arrives, it gets postponed by AKTU.
Other: I chose this course as I am interested in core fields and they are even of my interest.

AKGEC is the best college for engineering.
Placements: I am from the B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering branch. At this present time, 100% of students get placements in AKGEC. Last year, all students got placed. The highest package is 45 LPA in 2025 for the CSE branch students. In the ECE branch, the highest package is 22 LPA. We can choose any branch in AKGEC because all students in AKGEC are placed. AKGEC is the best college for studies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in every class. Digital boards are available in every class. The library is also available, and all the things are well-maintained. 4 canteens are available in the college, and all are good. The food is good. All sports are available in the college like football, volleyball, cricket, etc.
Faculty: All teachers are experienced and their manners are good. All faculty teaching manners are very good. 95% of students pass each semester. Nothing is difficult in this college because all the faculty members teach their own subjects easily. They all have experience in their subject.
Other: I am interested in mobile phones and parts of mobile phones, so I chose the ECE branch. The ECE branch is best for the future. At this present time, maximum students chose only CS and IT branches.

Overall sentiment is that it's a decent college and focuses on academics.
Placements: The highest package offered in AKGEC is 1.13 crores per annum in 2022. The average package ranges from 4-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, and Wipro. The top courses offered in the college are CSE AI ML, CSE this, and ECE. Almost 85-90% of students get placed in AKGEC. It is the best private college we can get in Ghaziabad and even in AKTU, it's among the best ones.
Infrastructure: It has average food, sometimes excellent, and sometimes worse. If we live in PG, we can change the mess every month or even eat by paying 1 time for Rs. 70 for 1 meal a day. Hostels are decent for 1st year and are non-AC. It offers double or triple-sharing rooms. From the 2nd year, we can have an AC room and single sharing rooms.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The exam difficulty level is hard but teachers may help the weak student a lot. If we are from the bottom in the result, then we may meet the dean in 1st year, and he may call our parents to tell them about our future achievements in studies. It is accredited A+ by NAAC.
Other: It is strict for 1-year students but only for 2-3 weeks. 75% attendance is a must for 1st year students. However, if the semester is short then attendance criteria will be around 65%.

Overall, review of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College.
Placements: Placements before 2020 were quite decent for a tier-3 college but as of now, many students here are unplaced. The training and placement cell here is just trash and of no use to students. The average package ranges from 2-4 LPA for many students who are placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is okay and don't expect too much from it. Only the first-year hostel is good and the senior boys hostel is literally a jail due to its strictness and wardens or guards. Mess food is below average and I will not recommend anyone to go to the hostel after 1st year.
Faculty: We will hardly find any supportive faculty members like 1 or 2 and most of them are just there to read slides in front of students. Exams are easy because the same questions are being asked that came in previous years and don't benefit if we are looking for growth.

Ajay Kumar Garg is an average college.
Placements: Many of our seniors get placed in my domain. Our college doesn't disclose the highest and lowest packages, but our tech society knows everything about packages. The average package is around 4–5 LPA, and about 100 students get more than 8 LPA. They make your career as well.
Infrastructure: Facilities are average. AC is there. There is no separate ground for each sport. Every sports are played on the same ground. Wi-Fi is there in all complexes. The quality of facilities in the hostel is average. Wi-Fi is also in the hostel, but the hostel is strict.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and well knowledgeable. They help you with your studies and also solve personal problems, but not all teachers do. Attendance is very important to the college. They give marks based on attendance. Most of the teachers are Ph.D. qualified.
Other: I chose the ECE branch. In the ECE branch, there are more opportunities than in other branches. I can go into the tech industry or the core industry as well.

Short into about AKGEC.
Placements: Average number of students get placed. The highest salary goes upto 35 LPA, and the lowest salary is approximately 3 LPA. The average salary is upto 5 LPA. Accenture, TCS, etc., are recruiting companies. Internships are offered at Schneider Electric, Veersa, Aviotron Aerospace, etc. Roles offered in sales or core sometimes. Good amount of students got placed with good package.
Infrastructure: Class and hostels are good. We have good sports facilities here. Regular tournaments and every sport are available here. Table tennis hall, gym, football ground, cricket ground, volleyball, basketball, badminton, etc., are all available. Every year in the university sports meet, AKGEC is the champion of all the time.
Faculty: Tests and exams are on a regular basis and of good level. Semester exams are easy to moderate only sometimes they go too hard but the checking of the answer sheet is very different. We don't know how they check as sometimes anyone can get maximum marks or the minimum marks they can't even think.
Other: It is a discipline college. I chose ECE as I wanted to be in government services and defense.

AKGEC is an average college.
Placements: AKGEC has average placements. You have to gain the skills by yourself. The college is just like a school you have to do your own work. Most students get placed, but the maximum gets 3–5 LPA, while around 50–60 students get packages above 10 LPA. It's up to you and your skills.
Infrastructure: The hostel is okay. The infrastructure is good, and labs are well-functioning. Food quality is okay, someone likes or someone hates it. There are no single rooms, only double-seater and triple-seater rooms. There are many restrictions in the hostel, such as girls have to come before 6 PM and 10 PM for boys. You have to go out of hostel with parents permission, then guard allow it.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They help you with whatever you ask, but mostly related to studies. Some teachers also help with personal life or career life. The course does not make you industry-ready. You have to gain skills by yourself for better placement. The college also helps in some cases. Semesters are not so difficult, not so easy. The examiners want lengthy answers, and the pass percentage is around 60-70%.
Other: There are very less events organized. Only TEDx (for which you have to pay) is organized, and fest is just a word. There is no real fest. I am currently pursuing B.Tech in ECE as I have an interest in electronics. The best thing is that you have a more secure future in electronics, as electronics are important for any work.

From the last few years the placement department of ECE is a matter of concern for the college. It is so because there is only one mass recruiter i.e Infosys and for last few years the intake of Infosys has fallen down. There comes various small companies but they don't meet up with the package requ
