Review of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College.
Placements: This college invites many companies, but the placement stands average in comparison to other colleges in Ghaziabad. The college is trying to do great, but the change will come slowly as the college transitions into a university. Otherwise, placements are average.
Infrastructure: The overall structure of the college is good, with greenery as well as the Indo-German architecture, which is used here. There are libraries and all good labs. It has a lush green campus. The hostel facility is not easily available, and it is a little bit of luck that people apply here. Only students who live very far actually get a hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are great. They are very helpful. They also help in placements as well as in all subjects that we get in the university examination. The course curriculum is actually based on the university-provided curriculum, which is a problem because it sometimes stands outdated according to current industry trends. Exams are almost every month here. Every four months, there are university examinations.
Other: There are no events and fests. There are only events arranged by societies.

Crucial details you should know before taking admission.
Placements: The placements are decent, mainly with mass recruiters. The average package is around INR 5.2 LPA. The main thing is that if you are already placed early on and later a company with a better offer comes along, you will not be allowed to sit in on the interview, so others get a chance and more people get placed even if you are more qualified. There are no internship opportunities from the college; you have to help yourself. On the brighter side, the college administration is working to improve the placements, and the situation is getting better. Top recruiters: TCS, Amazon, and Deloitte
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but the facilities are very bad. There are no ACs in any classroom or laboratory, and that sounds like a small problem, but in the summers it becomes very torturous. The food in the mess is bearable, it's just that, nothing more. One decent basketball court is there. Everything about infrastructure and facilities is just good enough to be functional. Not everyone gets a hostel, so you have to take a PG, and that is one of the main problems because the location of the college is very bad and dangerous. You should check that out before taking admission, whether you can live in such conditions or not. Please check this in advance, or you'll be stuck for 4 years.
Faculty: The faculty is very strict, and sometimes they slap you if you misbehave. They are very strict about attendance, too. The teaching quality is good in most classes. Exams are not very difficult. If you just follow the notes, you can score very well, and they have prize money for the toppers every semester.
Other: There are no fest, no freshers, no events, and nothing of that sort in the college.

I am satisfied with our college experience and facilities. Our college has well-qualified teachers.
Placements: About 97% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered for our course is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, IBM, Google, Amazon, etc. About 60% of students got internships from our course in companies like TCS, IBM, etc. Top roles offered are HR, manager, CEO, etc.
Infrastructure: I am satisfied with facilities. All labs are available in our college. All classrooms are well-built with smart boards Many sports and games are available in our college. The library is available in our college. The quality of the hostel facilities is impressive. The quality of the mess is acceptable. Our canteen is open till noon. The Wi-Fi speed is high. We have a gym and a large ground.
Faculty: All teachers are very helpful, understanding, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. You can freely ask anything to them. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite difficult. You have to study to pass exams. The pass percentage is 40%.

Absolutely satisfied by the college facilities and placements.
Placements: Almost 90% of my batchmates got placed by the college drives. The highest package was INR 1 crores 15 Lakhs and the lowest package was INR 3.5 Lakhs. The companies that come for recruitments are Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, SMS, etc. Almost 80% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really very nice. The labs have all the good and working instruments that are very helpful in understanding the concepts of engineering. The hostel facility on the other side is not so good as usual but the security is really nice.
Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable and helpful. They are highly qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. This course is relevant for those who are interested in electrical. The semester exams are quite easy for those who thoroughly read all the chapters of the syllabus.

Overall, it is an average college.
Placements: Almost all students get placed as 2 or 3 mass recruiters come here to hire students in bulk. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA. The highest off-campus salary package offered in our batch is 45 LPA. Many students get internships. They complete their internships in the final semester.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. It has Wi-Fi, a library, etc. There are Wi-Fi facilities in the hostels as well. Every hostel has its own personal mess. There are canteens on the college premises. There is a football ground, a basketball court, etc. Overall, facilities are fine.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful. They provide enough materials for studies. There are many exams that are hectic at times.
Other: There are both technical and cultural societies and clubs. These societies and clubs help in the overall development of students.
