Residence hall: The D Y Patil University is a residential campus. On campus, there are three different buildings with a combined capacity of more than a thousand that provide housing for both boys and girls. The campus contains a restaurant called Legend Café that is professionally run and serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian fare.

Yes, there's dress code that students have to be followed i.e; White shirt and black pants are required for school attire. Discipline may be taken for inappropriate attire. Every student is required to wear black shoes. With the exception of Wednesdays and Saturdays, students must adhere to the dress code.
