Other: Faculty is not so good but the crowd is good. This college is not up to the mark in quality of teaching. Lab instructors do not teach well. Classes are not conducted as per schedule. Placement is pathetic and no good companies visit the college for recruitment.
Majority of the placements happen in pool campus in some other college, where preference is given to their college students. Pre-placement preparation is also unsatisfactory. Only Computer Science students get preference, while students of other branches suffer due to ineffective management.

Review of Amritsar Group of Colleges.
Placements: As I am from the IT batch, I must say that many good companies come here. Usually, 70% is required in academics to get placed. According to me, the highest package offered is around 10 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is around 4-5 LPA. PEOL, ChicMic, Samundra Maritime, etc., came here.
Infrastructure: Almost all the labs are available in our college. There is an internet lab with a capacity of 150 students. Two seminar halls, library, labs, and e-classrooms are available. Wi-Fi, canteens and sports grounds are available. Hostel rooms are good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. All the teachers are highly qualified and have M.Tech degrees. They use e-classrooms and also chalkboards to teach us. The student-teacher ratio is 50:1. The college organised very few industrial visits. We have B.Tech, M.Tech plastic, pharma and other courses in our college.
Other: Some fests and events like sport day and Fuses are held in our college.
