AIHMCT WAT 2026 Counselling & Seat Allotment: Registration Dates, Procedure

Candidates who have qualified for AIHMCT OAT 2026 selection process, need to participate in the admission process as under:

Register for counselling process - Candidates need to visit the official website - aihmctbangalore.edu.in/ and click on Joining Instructions to know the details of counselling process. Thereafter, candidates need to download the application form, and full the details in handwriting, and visit the counselling venue with the required documents to participate in the admission process. 

Document verification - Candidates visiting the counselling venue need to carry their official documents in original, as well as copies. Once all the documents are verified, candidates will be given a provsional admission letter. 

Fee payment - In the last step, candidates need to pay the admission fee to secure their alllotted seat. The fee can be paid as - SBI Bank Collect in online mode. 

Candidates need to carry the below-mentioned documents with them at the time of counselling. The documents need to be carried in original along with two photocopies of the same.

1. Certificate informing that the aspirant has cleared 10+2 level/qualifying examination
2. Document in support of reservation claim
3. Class 10/ date of birth certificate
4. AIHMCT WAT admit card
5. AIHMCT WAT result/score card
6. AIHMCT WAT application form
7. Medical Certificate
8. Bonafide character certificate
9. Six photographs - passport size, and in shirt and tie
