- Now candidates can register themselves by clicking on "New Registration" button on home page.

2. OTP Verification
State CET Cell sends a One Time Password (OTP) on registered mobile number to verify Login. Here is what to do:
- After receiving One Time Password (OTP), candidates have to enter it in space provided and click “Verify OTP”.
- After Verification of One Time Password (OTP), candidates can proceed ahead.
- If candidates do not receive OTP on entered mobile number, click on "Resend OTP" button and try again.
- After verification of OTP, candidates are given an “Application Number” generated by a computer system.
- Note application number as it is needed for login every time along with password.
3. Sign In and fill in application form
After registering online, enter application number generated by system and chosen password while registering on login screen and click on “Sign In” button. Candidates have to complete application form in following stages:
- Filling in domicile and category details
- Filling qualification details
- Selecting exam enter your preference
- Uploading photo and signature
- Uploading a photo ID proof
- Preview and validate the details filled
- Paying the application fee
- Print the application form
4. Preview and Validate Information
In this step, candidate needs to validate entered information before proceeding towards final submissions.
- If candidate wants to change information, then he/she should click on Edit button.
- After Validation, if all details filled in by candidate are correct and final then candidate should click on “Proceed for Payment” button for payment.
5. Pay application fee
Candidates need to check details filled in application form carefully before proceeding towards Payment. After successful Payment, student will be unable to make any changes to application form Details.
