For the academic session 2023-24, the examination will be scheduled from April 15, 2023 onwards. Candidates will be required to bring two copies of their admit cards before sitting for the entrance exam along with one photo-identity proof for verification purposes. Candidates will also be advised to follow the rules and instructions as well..

JMI Entrance Exam 2023: List of Important Exam Events

Candidates can go through important exam events related to JMI exam below. 

JMI Entrance Exam 2023 Application Forms: The registration forms for the entrance exam were released on the official website of the University as well as on the portal of Controller of Exam on March 3, 2023. The entire procedure was done via online mode only. The application fee varied between INR 550 to INR 700 as per the programme and the candidate's category.

JMI Entrance Exam 2023 Form Editing: After the successful submission of application, candidates will have the option to make edits in their application, if any. The varsity will open the form editing window for two days and candidates can login with their credentials to correct the information they have provided. Candidates should go through the application form and read carefully to make sure that all the information is correct as they will not be able to make any modification once the form correction window is closed.

JMI Entrance Exam 2023 Admit Card: The universtity will issue the admit cards to the candidates who have submitted the form and paid the application fee. Admit cards will be released on the official website. Candidates will have to enter their issued login credentials i.e. User ID and password to download the admit cards. JMI Entrance Exam Admit Cards act as the entry ticket to enter the examination hall. The document carries all the relevant details related to the candidate and the examination. Candidates failing to produce the hall ticket will not be allowed to appear for the exam. The communication related to the availability of the document will be notified via email and the mobile number provided at the time of registrations.

JMI Entrance Exam 2023: The Jamia Millia Islamia entrance exam is conducted once a year for approximately 130 programmes offered by Jamia Millia Islamia University. The exams for all the programmes will be conducted on different days across various cities in India. JMI Entrance Exam results: The JMI 2023 entrance exam results will be announced on the official website of the University as well as on the portal of the Controller of examination. Qualified candidates will be required to appear for the further selection rounds i.e. interview rounds and counselling according to the programme. The schedule for the same will be announced once the exam is conducted.

JMI Entrance Exam 2023 Counselling: JMI counselling will begin after the declaration of JMI entrance exam results. Candidates will be called for the counselling process as per their rank on the merit list. Selected candidates will have to complete their admission formalities on or before the date notified in the admission schedule. Candidates will be required to bring the admit card of Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance exam and attested copies of the required documents. JMI counselling 2023 will be conducted separately for different courses on different dates.
