The college provides good facilities, and the atmosphere on campus is great.

Placements: Placements for our batch were really great. Students who participated in classes conducted by the placement cell were given priority for placements. The average salary package offered was about 1.80 LPA. Companies like Concentrix, Make My Trip, Zomato, etc. visited the campus to hire our batchmates, and they provided jobs to students all across India.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are very spacious, comfortable and good. The whole college is Wi-Fi enabled, and we even had a computer laboratory where students can surf the internet. We have a library with a wide range of books of all the subjects that are taught in our college. We also have a big ground and about 8-A sized football field where students practice cricket, football, basketball, badminton, etc.

Faculty: The teachers were really helpful, and they help students with all their efforts. Most of them are professors, and some are also doctorates. It is really great for me as I got some of the finest teachers during my graduation. Teachers always help students, and there are mentors for every student. A certain teacher takes care of the final term project that is to be submitted by the students.

BRSNC - A Brief Summary of the Institution.

Placements: The placement cell is the most aspiring thing about BRSNC. There are multiple companies dropping by in hunt for eligible candidates who they think can be a responsible employee of their projects. During my year, companies like IBM Global, TCS and Genpact came in for a campus hire.

Infrastructure: There are two campuses of Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendranath College, namely, the Science Building and the Commerce & Arts Building. The Science building is more of the administrative building with kost of the official work been done therein. Whereas the other building has a play field, as well as the campus is much larger compared to the prior one.

Faculty: The faculty is educated, however lack the ability of knowledge sharing and explanatory power, especially when it comes to subjects which can be practically explained, in my case - marketing. Could have been made way more interesting than the way it was theoretically dictated.

I am satisfied with its faculty, infrastructure, facilities, and its placement in last 3 or 4 years.

Placements: In the last 5 or 6 years, more than 50% of the students were placed in campus selections. In 2013-14, around 154 students appeared in the placements of which 109 were placed. Also, in 2014-15, about 139 students appeared for the placements of which about 87 were placed, and in 2015-16, it was 62 out of 192. The highest salary offered to the students is about Rs. 18,500 per month while the lowest is about Rs. 10,500 per month. The companies that visited the campus were the Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro Technologies, Concentrix, Genpact, ITC, Innofied, Infosys, Dabur, Wipro-Bpo, Odisha Eye Hospital, IDBI Capital, etc.

Infrastructure: There is a nice infrastructure and also proper water facility on the campus with a constant Wi-Fi facility, computer labs and a well-maintained library with an open access system. The canteen facility is also nice. The best places of the college are the badminton and sized football field. There is an auditorium that hosts the seminars, Utsav etc. There is also a medical facility available on the college campus. This college also provides a hostel facility. There is also a garden maintained at the college.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is good and are also available even after the classes are over. They are very supportive, helpful, calm, and are also well-qualified and knowledgeable. They also show tolerance to the questions we ask. Even, the staff of the college are friendly and helpful. They also give us the theoretical and the practical knowledge. The ratio of the student to faculty in honours is about 1 faculty per 50 students. The marketing field in the college has a high scope than other courses.

Other: One of the major milestones of our college is the course of the placement cell which aims to develop communications skill in English, presentation skills, interview related soft-skills, numerical aptitude reasoning aptitude. The quality of teaching was also good as the classes were conducted in the interactive mode.

Other: This is a fabulous college located in West Bengal. Its faculty is very good. Our college's professors are very sensitive towards students. Our college union is very nice. In our college, many students come from different states. The campus facilities it provides are very good.

Satisfied with the course. Good placements, good infrastructure, facilities, etc.

Placements: It was a great time I spent in my college. 80% of the students are placed in various companies, and they are working fine right now. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, etc., come for recruitment. The highest salary package was 4 LPA, and the lowest was 2.50 LPA. They offered roles in the BPS process and a normal freshers' role.

Infrastructure: I am very glad that I had a chance to study at my college. It was all because of the facilities. We had a total of 10 lab rooms over there, and free Wi-Fi was available in the entire building. Classrooms were neat and clean, and so was the library. I must say something about our canteen and its food. It was of good quality, but the price was a little bit high. Apart from that, it was good. Apart from this, our sports activities and medical benefits were top-notch.

Faculty: Our college teachers were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their knowledge of teaching students was very helpful. Our course is relevant to work outside of college life. Exams are hard in our college because they believe that this is helpful for our future. Our passing percentage is nearly 95%.

Other: You must choose this course if you want to get a job in a bank or the marketing industry. This course gives you a lot of knowledge about how a company grows from zero and how it plans everything for continuous company growth. There is detailed knowledge about how a bank works. Except all of this also provides scholarships, events, and fests.
