Review of Bengal College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Around 90% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the average salary package is 3 LPA. MNCs like Wipro, Cognizant, Optum, Public sapient, Tech Mahindra, Byjus, CGI, etc., visit our college to offer placements. Software developer role is offered.

Infrastructure: Our college has clean classrooms and good infrastructure. Wi-Fi is provided. Hostels provide various facilities like Wi-Fi, filtered water, and healthy food like paneer, mushroom, and sandwich. Hostels are clean. Security is provided at night regularly.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well qualified, helpful, and very supportive. They guide students. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The teaching quality is good.

Other: I chose this course because it is growing day by day. Practical projects clear students' doubts. Volleyball and basketball competitions are conducted on sports day.

For real, I'm really satisfied with the infrastructure of this college.

Placements: In our college, about approximately 89% of the students are placed in well known companies and they are doing fine. Actually, I am new so I can't really say right now the highest percentage of the package offered but medium is 4 to 5 Lacs. In our college, top companies like TCS, Wipro comes to take top students. About 90% of students got internships in top companies.

Infrastructure: Good facilities like playground, Wi-Fi sections and good Labs are available in our college. The classrooms are interactive, neat and clean also Library has the majority of books you need and refreshed with the latest published books every year. I basically I'm not a hosteler but I can say the hostel food is good. Sports facilities are provided well.

Faculty: In our college teachers are very helpful and cooperative. They always find us a way to success. Our professors are highly qualified and well educated. Teaching quality is excellent. This course surely makes students industry ready. Semester exams were quite difficult. Pass percentage was 98%.

Counselling
Admission to 90% of the seats is through counselling based on the rank obtained in West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE). Remaining 10% seats will be filled through rank obtained in JEE Mains. If the seats remain vacant after the counselling process, then it will be filled under management quota based on the rank obtained in WBJEE/ JEE Mains.
