I suggest you not to take admission in this college.
Placements: Placements are nil, and no company visit this college. They only inform students where pool campus is going on, and in that, hardly 2 or 3 students will get selected. Internships also depend on students as college does not take any responsibility of students. There is a placement cell, but it is useless.
Infrastructure: There are no medical facilities, and if you met with an accident, they even don't care. There is no Wi-Fi, no sports and games available. Labs are in okay condition. In the name of the hostel, they took one apartment in rent in which other people or family also live, at night warden locks all the flats from outside if there is a fire then nobody can go out. Food quality and quantity were the worst, and sometime there will be cigarette, grasshopper, ant, etc. Apart from that, the college looks good.
Faculty: Faculty members were good in our branch. They take classes regularly without a miss. Management was very poor, and they just want money. Director doesn't help in any situation. The college does not provide industry exposure. They charge money in any other way.
Other: The college does not organise any events. Only FICTA is conducted by students with their money.

My life in this college from 2012-16 was good, but not the best. I didn't get placed.
Placements: There are no placements at all. There were some recruitments done in 2011, and then, in 2014, some local companies recruited the students. There are no internship programmes. Only Infosys campus connect programme was there which never happened again after 2013. Some companies come for the placements sometimes, but not every year. I think they come depending on their mood. Seniors got placed in 2014 on a lumpsum salary of 1.80. T&P cell is not supportive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The college has 27.5 acres of lush green campus away from the city crowd. It has proper labs and workshop. Especially, the aeronautical workshop is good.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members are hired from respected colleges like Aero. HOD is from IIT-Kharagpur. The CSE branch HOD is from C.V. Raman. There is a great ratio of student-faculty. The college comes under BPUT, Raurkela. The syllabus is good, but not a company and job-oriented.
Other: The tech fest is conducted every year in this college. The annual sports day is also conducted.

Our college is fabulous. And very big.
Placements: 74% of students were placed in our Science and engineering. Our highest package is 3.50 Lacs and 2.20 is the lowest package in our college.
There are 5 top requiring company coming in our college.
They are Tech Mahindra, Piramal Finance, and audit software.
Infrastructure: Computer Science is the best course in our college.
I am very helpful in having a teacher that makes me want to study and makes me learn new things. There is a separate hostel facility for boys and girls. Each hostel has a separate warden guiding us. Other facilities like indoor games are modern made and enjoy hygienic food available.
Faculty: The college has got a large number of doctorate people and the department there is too research centre. So, the faculty that we get there is a good track record. Even some subjective delays with the guest lecture. Even staffs are always ready to help us if we have any doubts.
Other: I think it is very helpful having a teacher that makes want to study and makes you learn new things without being boating but funny instead. It was such an interesting experience because every day we learnt something new.
