A good government college in Kolkata.

Placements: Approximately 76% of students were placed in this course. Our college offers the highest package for this course at INR 6 lakhs per annum, the lowest at INR 3.5 lakhs per annum, and the average package is INR 4.5 lakhs per annum. The top roles offered in this course were data analyst, statistical consultant, research analyst, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi facilities, but the Wi-Fi speed is not good. We have well-equipped computer labs, classrooms, and a resourceful library. No hostel facilities are available at my college. In my batch, most of the students are not serious about their studies. A large football playground is available on the college campus.

Faculty: All our faculty members are very helpful and friendly. All teachers are qualified and very knowledgeable, and the teaching quality of faculty members is good. Our semester exams are difficult, but our teachers provide all types of notes and suggestions. Overall, all the students pass in this course.

All faculty members are good in my college.

Placements: Around 76% of students were successfully placed in my course. The highest package offered for this course is INR 6 lacs per annum, the lowest package is around INR 3.5 lacs per annum, and the average package is around 4.5 lacs per annum. About 50% of students secured internships with prominent companies.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are available in my course. Computers are available in all lab rooms, with projectors connected. Also available are spacious classrooms and a resourceful library. The hostel facilities are not available. The food quality is good, but the taste is not good.

Faculty: Our teachers possess extensive knowledge and qualifications. They provide exceptional support and assistance. The teaching abilities of our faculty members are outstanding, as they effortlessly explain complex concepts. Our semester exams are designed to focus on theoretical aspects and are meticulously maintained, resulting in an approximate pass percentage of 80%.

Decent and affordable with average infrastructure and absolutely satisfied with faculty.

Placements: First of all, our college has a merit-based system, so students are selected on the basis of the application submitted via merit. No package offered. No recruitment occurs. Based on their merit, 10 to 20 percent are mostly placed. No roles offered as of now, it seems.

Infrastructure: As of my experience, the facilities are top-notch, very helpful, with good communication skills that personally helped me a lot in my academics. Talking about the infrastructure, it’s average. Classrooms are average, no Wi-Fi, and a decent library. No hostel facility, average canteen, and sports occur only a few times.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and provide top-notch teaching quality. Yes, the course is relevant and prepares students for industrial roles. Talking about the semester exams, they are very good with decent guidance, and the pass percentage is over 80%.

Other: The best thing about the course is my teachers. I chose this course because I am interested in stats and maths. The only thing I want to improve is the classroom and the elevator. Decent events take place annually, the campus crowd is also decent, and the surroundings are full of greenery, which I loved the most. Scholarship programs include Vivekanand Scholarship and others, with many types of extracurricular activities.

Placements: The most highly skilled students with outstanding achievements secured positions in prestigious companies within top industries such as business analysis and market analysis. The salary range for these placements varies from 5 LPA or 4 LPA as the lowest, 6-7 LPA per annum as the average, and up to 10 to 12 LPA per annum as the highest offered.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi connection at my college is excellent, and we have state-of-the-art labs and classrooms. The facilities are well-furnished, and our library is stocked with a wide range of books. It is accessible at any time, with numerous tables and peaceful study areas available for students.

Faculty: The faculty members in my department are extremely supportive, with dedicated teachers assigned specifically for our aptitude classes. Best college regarding placement support.

Placements: There are many companies, ranging from TCS and Infosys to many new startup companies. Not only from Kolkata, but also from other states, these companies come to our campus for recruitment. Several aptitude classes and bootcamps are organized before every interview session.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very new to me as I come from a village, and I never realized that such fast, long-lasting, and unlimited internet is possible. There are many classrooms, and each section has a specific room that is defined and cleaned every day.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and professional in their teaching approach. Many faculty members assist us in every situation, and their quality of guidance is very promising. The college organizes industrial training for us through both online and offline modes.

Other: I chose Statistics as I wanted to be a better analyst and will pursuing MBA in future.
