Everything was good at the college except placements.

Placements: There were not good placements for our course in this college. Only around 10% of students get placements at our college. Some regional companies visit our college for the placements. Around 40% of students get internships in some Pharma companies at our college.

Infrastructure: College has good infrastructure overall. The college provides high-quality facilities. Our course does not require more facilities, but management provides all the required facilities to the students. Library facilities are available for the college students so that they can get books at a minimal cost.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college were good enough. Teachers were giving their best for the students. Teachers were qualified and knowledgeable about our course. Also, the course curriculum of our college was relevant, and it was making students industry-ready. Exams were not very hard or very easy to pass.

One of the best colleges under CU.

Placements: The college provides top placements in the multinational companies like TCS, Google, Microsoft, etc. But the best placements are offered after the completion of the graduation degree. Apart from this, paid and paid internships are also held at regular basis.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is outstanding, rather far better other equivalent college of Kolkata. Most of the classrooms of the college are air-conditioned. The college also has a separate library, games room and two canteens. But, it has very poor hostel facility.

Faculty: B.Sc. (Hons. ). In Statistics is a 3 years course. The department comprises 3 faculty members. All of them have deep-root knowledge on the subject. The course syllabus is thoroughly covered by the professors with utmost patience, time and effort. Semester exams are held at regular intervals.

The college has very good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: None of the students got placed from our course as students are pursuing statistics (Hons) and generally prefer for higher studies. In our final year, I remember a pool campus drive which included all the departments in our college. Probably, English (Hons) students were selected as the job profile had something to do with content writing.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is very good. It has a separate computer lab, library and spacious classrooms. Hostel facilities for foreign students were great as told by the hostel friends. The college has 2 canteens, and both supply food at reasonable prices.

Faculty: Teachers here were very helpful and extremely qualified. All of them were either a PhD or were pursuing it. Not only the teaching staff members but everyone in the college is very helpful. Teaching quality was undoubtedly very good. The course curriculum was relevant, and it prepared us for industry exposure.
