Placements: In terms of placements, BITM santiniketan has a dedicated placement cell that helps students in finding suitable job opportunities. The college claims to have decent companies like TCS, IBM, Infosys , Cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many others visiting the campus for recruitment. The average salary offered to students is around INR 3-4 LPA, while the highest salary package offered is around INR 10-12 LPA. However, the placement statistic vary year to year.

Infrastructure: The classrooms at BITM are well furnished and have modern teaching aids like project, audio visual system and other necessary equipment. The college also has a computer lab with high speed internet connectivity. BITM, santiniketan also provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostels are equipped with all necessary amenities like comfortable beds, study table etc.

The college had good infrastructure but lab equipment is too old to work.

Placements: In my course the placement percentage is around 10. the highest package is 3lakh per annum And the lowest is 1.2 Lacs per annum. There are some local companies and dalmia bharat. Students are working as an intern in iocl, Sail, Tisco, etc. Top role is junior structural engineer.

Infrastructure: Quality of the campus is very good. There are so many trees and the environment of studying is good. It has huge library. Quality of food is good and also very affordable. Teachers are very helpful. The campus has a huge playground but after lockdown it is not suitable for play.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful here and they are well qualified, the teachers are always try to give us very good knowledge. But the course curriculum is not fully relevant it does not make a student full industry ready that's why the students are facing problems in early work life. Sem exam is not so difficult and pass percentage is 90.

Review of Bengal Institute of Technology and Management, Santiniketan.

Placements: About 50% of students got placed in our course. The highest package offered was 6 LPA, the lowest package was 2 LPA, and the average package was 3.5 LPA. Most of the construction companies are the top recruiting companies for our course. About 90% of students get internships from our course in many designing companies. GET is the top role offered in our course.

Infrastructure: All the basic facilities and infrastructure are available in our college. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. A good quality library and big playground are available there. The hostel is good. The hostel facilities are awesome. All types of sports and medical facilities are available. The food quality is good in the canteen.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable and are always ready to help. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite easy in our college. The passing percentage is 95%.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in this field of designing. I hope they improve the practical part of our course. There are many events throughout the year.

Review of BITM - Bengal Institute of Technology and Management.

Placements: From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Wipro, IBM, Qualcomm, IGATE, Dell, Microsoft, and Google visit the college for placements. In the previous year, more than 100 students get placement. The highest salary package offered by Google was 9.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 1.5 LPA by every company. More than 35% of students get placement here. Placements are average here. The college provides internships.

Infrastructure: The positive thing is the college's location is just near the main road. In the case of technical college, we see that the college is far from the locality. The transport facilities are not good, but in the case of my college, it was good. In the hostel, there are facilities as a student needs to live normally. It has a good room with good space, different beds for each student, and a study table too. The hostel also provides a high-speed Wi-Fi connection with 4 routers on each floor, so every student gets coverage and high speed. A gym room is also provided by the hostel. It has a separate room where students can do their exercises. The hostel meal is basic. You can opt-out of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Every day you get a different meal or eat fixed on the routine in the morning. You get breakfast, then lunch, then in the evening time you get snacks and last dinner. The hostel registration process is simple. You have to submit the fee monthly of the hostel, and that is Rs. 4,000 per month. The food served is affordable.

Faculty: Staff members are great in the college. They are always ready to help if you face any type of problem. They give their 100% to help us. For lateral entry, the semester charges per semester range between Rs. 20,000-25,000. For the regular candidates who are selected after passing the joint exam, the fees range between Rs. 35,000-40,000.

Other: One of the best ways to improve your chances of finding employment after graduation is to participate in an internship during your school years. You can gain hands-on experience in your chosen field, significantly increase your networking contacts, and learn how corporate cultures, environments, and structures work. However, it is also important that you put in the effort to find the right internship for you. Faculty members also participate in other activities like fest, farewell, etc. All events are celebrated in the college. Some cultural programs are held. Here annual sports are also held. Some activities like tree plantation and blood donation are held. It also celebrates Independence Day, etc. The fee structure is carried on the how students are admitted in the college, and it is average.

Placements: Placements at BITM are very good, and the placement rate is growing at a good pace. The training and placement cell of the institute is really hardworking due to which all the students get placed easily. It is very helpful regarding vocational training and the final placements. The institute has very good tie-ups with industries, which helps the college to interact with good industry experts.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the institute is really awesome. The campus is spread over sprawling 24 acres of land in the heart of Shantiniketan city. There are hostels, canteens, ATM facility, stationery shop, photocopy shop, and much more on the campus. The security at the campus is also good.

Faculty: Faculty members are the asset of this institute. Almost all the faculty members at the institute are PhD holders. They share really rich knowledge with the students. The course curriculum is designed in such a way to meet the latest requirements of the industry.
