Worth the high fees due to ROI, but after entering, hard work is expected to excel.
Placements: The percentage placement is high, due to the brand name as well as quality of students. More than 80% of batch was planned with highly reputed companies with high packages in fields of tech, finance, and core came to hire, eg, Google, BlackRock, Nvidia, etc.
Infrastructure: Entire campus is Wi-Fi covered, and classrooms are well maintained with blocks assigned to departments like mechanical, CS, and electrical. Library is also pretty big, with a capacity of 600+, and it has a great interior, and provides a peaceful vibe for studying. Quality of hostel and mess is also good, food taste is decent with a different menu.
Faculty: Teachers, especially in my department, are very helpful, supportive, interactive, and open to doubts all the time. All are Ph.D. holders from reputable institutions and have great knowledge of the subject. Curriculum is also up to the mark, exams are an integral part of evaluation, combined with continuous evaluation. Pass percentage is high.

The college has good infrastructure, environment, facilities, and placement prospects.
Placements: The better part is that over 80% of students find placements. The lowest salary would be around 8 LPA, while the highest could exceed 40 LPA, with the average being 12 LPA. Top recruiters include Mercedes, L&T, and BHEL from the mechanical stream, and students can also choose to pursue non-teaching roles, which many do. As mentioned above, the top roles include analyst, management, and R&D.
Infrastructure: Ethernet connectivity is available in hostel rooms and the library (1 Gbps speed), with Wi-Fi throughout the hostel and academic block, and in the library (100 Mbps). The food can be considered fair, with the menu undergoing slight changes every two months. For the mechanical department, we have dedicated labs, workshops, and sandbox areas.
Faculty: The pass percentage should be well over 90%. Exams can be considered difficult and hectic, especially the midterms. Teachers are very knowledgeable, and I believe what we are taught is largely relevant to the industry. The course doesn't feel outdated, and students have benefited from industry training through internship programs, preparing them to be industry-ready, in my opinion.

Our college has proven to be value for money.
Placements: About 85% of the students were placed across all branches. The highest package has been 61 LPA, Average Package 18.5 LPA and the lowest package has been around 7 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our course was Mercedes-Benz, ZS Associate, Byju's, Ernst & Young, etc. Every student got internship from our course with the help of Practice School Summer Internship programme.
Infrastructure: We have huge lecture halls, and laboratories are equipped with all the necessary equipment. The library has 2 floors, with an automatic book-issuing kiosk, multiple sections for different genres of books, and multiple tables to support learning. There is a provisions for both Wi-Fi and Ethernet throughout the campus. The quality of food available in the mess is fine, and there is also a canteen available in the academic block.
Faculty: Many teachers are helpful when it comes to solving student's queries. All the teachers here are well qualified, and are punctual in conducting their classes at their allotted time schedule. Many practical sessions, industrial-visits and interactive sessions take place from time to time, which help students a lot in building interest in a subject. The course is very relevant, and a student hardly requires to learn anything other than what is being taught in the course in order to be industry ready. The semester exams here have moderate difficult.
Other: There are scholarships for students having low parental income, and also for meritorious students.

Joining BITS Hyderabad was the best decision of my life.
Placements: 80% of the students in our branch got placed in the placement season 2022-23. The highest package offered was 35 LPA, and the average package offered was 17 LPA. Many consultation firms and core firms visited our campus for recruitment drive this placement season, some of which include Mercedes Benz R&D, ZS Associate, Ernst & Young, etc.
Infrastructure: We have a huge library and all sorts of books, including reference books, higher studies related books and other material is available here. The lecture halls are huge and have good equipment in them. The labs are also well-maintained. There is a medical center running 24 by 7, having oncologists, cardiologists, physiologists etc.
Faculty: The faculty is well-knowledgeable and tries to help students in understanding the concepts to their very core. Teachers value the effort made by the students and guides them at every stage of their learning process. Semester exams require some efforts by the students to pass, however, almost all the students pass the examinations without too much difficult.
Other: Mechanical Engineering course here has one of the best faculty among other engineering colleges in India. We are provided with relevant industrial knowledge, owing to the 'Practice School' programme here, which is a unique and distinguished method of providing students with industrial exposure after their 2nd and 3rd year at college respectively.

Excellent infrastructure and great ambience.
Placements: 100% jobs who sat for placements. The highest package offered was 40LPA, the lowest 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Larsen & Toubro, Credit Suisse, Mahindra, etc. Top roles offered are Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Mechanical Design Engineer, Project Manager, Product Design Engineer, Financial Risk Manager.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole campus and LAN ports in hostel rooms and the library. Labs for every lab-relevant course. Classrooms have average seating of 80 students, with lecture complexes having seating for more than 400 students. The library is 2 floored (ground + first floor) with a wide collection of books course-related and otherwise of almost every genre. Water is available 24x7, with very rare (short duration, if it happens) power cuts. Vending machines for late-night/midday snacks. Medical center is open the whole time, with dentists, gynecologists etc. , visiting frequently. Fields for football, cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, basketball and hockey, track field for athletes and indoor badminton court, table tennis, chess, carrom and gym.
Faculty: Professors are very helpful and quite knowledgeable about industry as well as the courses. The curriculum is very relevant and practicals give exposure to industry and make students ready for the same. To score well in the exams, one will have to study theory and practice a good amount of problems. The pass percentage is around 98%+ because almost everyone are studying.
Other: The campus crowd is very lively and interactive. Events happen all year long. 3 fests, technical, sports and cultural, all are up to level with fests nationwide. The BITS alumni network is one of the best networks in terms of connectivity.

I am satisfied because of excellent learning.
Placements: Around 98% of the students who sit for placements get placed. If some of them don't get placed then there's a practice school program in which everyone has to do an industry project, and if they work well, they can get PPOs. The highest salary package offered was 49 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 8 LPA. The average salary package offered was 15 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Daikin, ExxonMobil, Mercedes-Benz, and Bajaj Motors. A good 12% of the students got internship offers from companies like ExxonMobil, Daikin, etc. Roles like design engineer, and operations manager are being offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in hostels, and we have a cad block. Labs are excellent with all the modern-day facilities. Classrooms are learning-friendly with huge capacities. They have smart boards too so that students sitting at the back can also read. The library is excellent with over 2.5 books.
Faculty: All the faculty members are Ph.D. holders. Teachers are qualified, helpful, and make learning fun. The course curriculum is relevant, and it involves important concepts and practical learning. The pass percentage is close to 100%. Exams held are student-friendly.
Other: I chose this course because I like to learn about the physics of the daily engineering around us. I'm also involved in sports, and BITS Hyderabad gave me many opportunities to compete in different competitions in sports and other curricular activities.

Excellent infrastructure for academic as well as co-curricular activities.
Placements: All students enrolled for placements were offered full-time roles. Major recruiters include Nutanix, Uber, Microsoft, Oracle, ZS Associates, Deutsche Bank, Flipkart, Amazon. Internship for a semester or two increases the chances to get a full-time role from companies like JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Nomura, Swiggy, Reliance Jio.
Infrastructure: Very good hostel facilities comprising of single/double sharing rooms for boys and single rooms for girls. LAN connection for every student. Compulsory hostel for undergraduates and post-graduates. Excellent infrastructure for academic as well as co-curricular activities.
Faculty: Versatility to choose electives, proper documentation of courses. Students have the right to choose their own time-table as per availability and their needs. Zero percent attendance policy for all students. Excellent lab-facilities for all subjects are present.
Other: Three fests in a curriculum year- Technical, Sports & Cultural. Good connectivity to the city via buses and cab facilities. Scholarships in the form of Merit, Merit-cum-need are provided to students.

Our college is fantastic for computer science branch.
Placements: Almost all the students got placed, but most of them are in software, analytics, finance and consulting profiles. The highest salary package offered would be around 40 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered would be 3 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 11 LPA - 12 LPA. Hardly any companies visit for the mechanical branch. But for other profiles, every top company in the world like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, Apple, etc., visit the campus for recruitment. Software developer and business analyst are the most popular roles offered during placements. Software profiles are offered high salary packages. Most of the companies allow students of all branches. So if you're interested in coding, your branch isn't a problem. Everyone gets paid internship because of the practice school programme. This is the best thing on the campus. One of it's kind in Indian colleges. Students should have a good CGPA to get an amazing internship. Even they can get a PPO there.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise, you will feel that you are in a top college. There was only LAN but no Wi-Fi in our college. Classrooms were world-class, and the library was also excellent. Hostel was excellent. One person per room was provided, and the food served was decent. You'll have many food options on the campus, but they might be costly for some. There were north Indian mess and a South Indian mess. The sports facilities were brilliant. We had a great competition in all of the sports. There was a doctor available inside and an ambulance in case of emergency.
Faculty: Some faculty member of our college was good. But overall, they were average. The course curriculum is better in other colleges like VIT, which are known for mech related projects. You won't get a core job even if you're a topper in the branch.
Other: I chose this course only for brand value. Some companies hire you only if you are from tier-1. Core branches faculty members are not so great, and the fee charges were also high. Consider the college only if you have enough money or if you're going to try for a software job irrespective of your branch.

BITS Pilani MBA admissions are purely done on merit without any reservation. It follows a profile based evaluation for calling the students to GDPI. Your chances of getting a call is skim, but may be in the 2nd list you can get a call.
