The BITS Pilani BSc application process is conducted in online mode. To begin the application process candidates must visit the official website of BITS Pilani Goa. Candidates must begin the application process by registering on the official website of BITS Pilani. After registration, applicants will be redirected to a new window to complete the application form. Refer to the BITSAT 2024 application form for a detailed application fill-up process. As the last step to fill out the application form, candidates will have to pay the BITSAT 2024 application fee online i.e., through credit/debit card or internet banking.
GATE is optional and it is among the BITS Goa ME accepted entrance exams. Alternatively, the candidates can also take the BITS HD Online Test. In case of Software Systems the score on BITS HD Online Test is the only factor taken into account.
BITS Pilani Goa admission to the ME course is entrance-based. The institute accepts multiple entrance exams including GATE, and GPAT. Candiates without the entrance score can go for the in-house entrance exam BITSHD. Once the candidates become qualified, they are invited to participate in the BITS HD counseling process for further admission into the courses offered by the participating institutes. Candidates who are shortlisted for admission will have to report at the respective BITS campus. Here, candidates have to select BITS Goa as its admission center. Thereafter, candidates will have to confirm their admission by taking part in the document verification process and then paying their admission fee.
BITS Goa offers BE equivalent to BTech as an undergraduate programme. The institute offers overall a decent package. According to media reports, the highest package and average package offered during BITS Pilani Goa placements 2023 stood at INR 60.75 LPA and INR 30.37 LPA, respectively. The fees for the BE program are approximately INR 19.9 lakh which is a good return on investment in comparison to the highest package offered.
BITS Pilani is duly recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) and has been accredited with an ‘A' grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

The concerned authorities of BITS Pilani will create the BITSAT merit list based on the candidate's performance i.e., their obtained scores in the entrance examination. BITSAT merit list will be prepared and released online at bitsadmission.com. It is to be noted that two separate merit lists will be released - admit list and wait list. The names of the candidates who have met the required eligibility and have been selected for admission will be released through the BITSAT admit list. BITS Pilani Goa ME course is a two year postgraduate course. A total of 160 students can do ME course at the institute. Candidates are required to participate in the in-house BITS HD exam. The authorities will allot seats based on the candidate's BITS HD rank, preferences, and seat availability.
BITS Goa offers four Integrated First Degree courses across the streams of Science, Technology, Pharmacy, Management, and Humanities. These courses include BE, BPharm, MSc. Apart from these, BITS Pilani also offers two higher degree courses, including ME, and MPharm.The duration of all these courses is two years. The Deemed University conducts the BITS Higher Degree Online Test (BITS HD Online Test) usually in the month of August for admission to ME and MPharm courses or accepts admission via GATE/ GPAT scores.
