The COMEDK UGET Round 4 counselling process for admission to the BE/BTech course has been concluded.
KMAT Karnataka 2026 session 2 registration for admission has been closed. The exam will be conducted on Nov 14, 2026.
Karnataka PGCET 2026 extended round choice filling window for admission will be live till Nov 4, 2026.
The KCET 2026 Round 3 counselling process for admission to the BE/BTech course has been concluded.
GATE 2027 City allotment notification for admission to the ME/MTech and PhD courses will be announced on Jan 4, 2027. The exam will be held from Feb 6 to Feb 7, 2027; Feb 13 to Feb 14, 2027; and Feb 20 to Feb 21, 2027.

The college is good for studies with good faculty members, but the placements are average.

Placements: In my college, about 76 percent of students got placed in 2026. In artificial intelligence, 79 percent of students got placed. The average salary package offered was 9 LPA, and around 4 LPA was the lowest package offered. The highest salary package offered was around 43 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Oracle, Amazon, Rapid, etc. Companies visit the college every year. Top roles offered are AI engineering and data scientist jobs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good with full greenery. Labs are very good. Some classrooms look old, and some look new. Wi-Fi is not so fast. Library is good. There are so many clubs for dancing, singing, sports, coding, and workshops. Food is average, not so tasty and less spicy. There is a decent medical facility also. There are football and volleyball courts.

Faculty: Teachers are so friendly and ready to help. All faculty members are well-trained. The curriculum is not a new-age curriculum but good. They conduct hackathons every year. The curriculum is good but not an industry-level curriculum. The semester exam difficulty is moderate to tough.

Other: The college is charging too much for the hostel. They are not providing proper Wi-Fi. The COMEDK college fee is also very high. For a middle-class student, it is too much of a burden on the family. There is no freshers party, but there will be fests, and they are good.

BMSITM College is the best in our city.

Placements: In our Electrical and Electronics Engineering course, many students get placed. 80 to 90 percent of students get placement offers from companies like TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, and other companies. Students get roles such as Electronics Engineer and Design Engineer, and also in the CSE field, like Embedded Engineering. The highest package is 20 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. There are more chances to get internships from our course. The internship ratio is around 80 percent.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are well designed. The campus of our college is big, with so many facilities. The services that I would like to mention include campus Wi-Fi, which is very helpful. There is a library for quiet studying. Classrooms are decent. All sports facilities are also available in a modern style. Hostels are good, but the fees may feel high. The food quality is also good, but it feels expensive. Medical services are also good.

Faculty: Faculty is highly educated and knowledgeable. They all know how to teach and understand students' doubts. They also use modern tools and equipment. All facilities are impressive from the faculty's point of view. The teaching quality is also good. Semester examinations are hard compared to other streams, so students need to study regularly and attend classes regularly. Around 80 percent of students are able to appear for the examinations.

Other: In our city, this college is good for placements and jobs, but the fee structure feels high. However, the college puts in full effort for student placements.

Good college campus, infrastructure, and supportive faculty.

Placements: About 50- 60 percent of students got placed on campus. The highest package is about 42 LPA. The average package is about 7 LPA-8 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA-4 LPA. About 50 percent of students got internships from college. Roles offered are software engineer, software developer, automation engineer, software tester, and software analyst.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are well-equipped. Wi-Fi connection is always there. There are well-equipped computers available. The college infrastructure is nice, with green surroundings, a food court, and a canteen also there. There is a clean environment, it's a totally nice college.

Faculty: Teachers are very supportive, qualified, and Ph.D. holders. They support students at every stage. Quality of teaching is very nice. Computer Science and Engineering courses are relevant, and the curriculum and skills meet industry requirements. The difficulty level of the examination is average, but questions are application-based.

Other: I chose Computer Science and Engineering. It is a course that helps us grow in the tech world and AI world it is very helpful in artificial intelligence to build software, websites, and more applications. Scholarships are also provided by the college management for students who perform well in academics and other events. Regular hackathons are going on.

I am satisfied. I am currently in my 6th semester, and I have already been placed in a good company.

Placements: The major roles offered are Software Development Engineer (SDE), Machine Learning Engineer (ML Engineer), and Consulting. The roles vary each year based on company requirements. Around 90% of students get placed. I secured an SDE role at a reputable company while in my third year (6th semester). Almost all of our seniors also get placed.

Infrastructure: The hostels of the college are good in terms of cleanliness and food quality. We have a canteen, Kuteera, and a bakery on the campus. The college also has well-maintained laboratories, classrooms, and a library. It has a green campus with four blocks and parking facilities as well. The college provides a student-friendly environment.

Faculty: The quality of teaching at BMSIT&M is good. All subjects are directly or indirectly related to placements. If students study what is properly taught by teachers, they can score well in their academics. Students can build a good rapport with teachers. Faculty members are always willing to help with hackathons and placement preparation.

Top 5 in Bengaluru and nice exposure.

Placements: In our batch of 28 around 70 to 80 percent of the students got placed for an average package of 7 LPA-9 LPA. The top companies that come to college are AWS, Lower, and Nokia. The highest package is 24 LPA whereas the lowest is at 3 LPA. On average the students those who worked hard are now placed and have a nice life.

Infrastructure: The hostel is pretty nice. You will get a nice meal 4 times a day, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. There is Wi-Fi 24/7 which you can use and has no restrictions. The time at night is 9:30 PM but if due to a valid reason and you come they will ask for your sign at the register then let you in.

Faculty: The faculty are really supportive and nice. If you want to have any idea such as to host an event, take part in any hackathon, or even host a hackathon of your own they support you and help you in that. If there is any academic help that you need such as solving doubts or learning concepts they will help.

BMSIT review - decent placement, good infrastructure.

Placements: The percentage of students placed this year is almost 75 to 80%. The average package is 7 to 8 LPA in CSE. There are many good companies visiting this year, like Rapido, Uber, Microsoft, etc. The top roles offered are for the web development role. The highest package is 22 LPA, with the lowest ranging from 3 to 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are well ventilated, and there is 5G Wi-Fi in every classroom. The infrastructure is good, and there are facilities like a gym and a mentor. The food in the hostel is quite decent. There is a medical facility available in the college, and the doctor visits every day.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified in this college, and most of the teachers are helpful, leaving one or two. The teaching quality is good. The curriculum is a little bit outdated because the VTU curriculum is itself outdated. It makes student job ready because we have studied DSA in the 2nd sem. The semester exams are easy to medium level. The pass percentage is approximately 70 to 80%.
