Review of BMS Institute of Technology & Management.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course, CSE, is around 78%. The majority are selected in big product-based companies. The highest package is 46.4 LPA. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA, while the average package is around 9 LPA. Top companies that visit are Oracle, Siemens, Deloitte, Microsoft, Rapid, etc. Approximately 75% of students get internships at various tech companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Oracle, and Tiger Analytics. Top roles grabbed by students are DevOps, Data Engineer, SDE, and Full Stack Developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite modern and well-established. Lab blocks have big and spacious classrooms with projectors and blackboards. Every class has two CCTV cameras installed. The library is very large with a variety of books. Labs contain all the latest and modern equipment. Hostel facilities are also quite good, but the mess food is of average quality, though sometimes it is good. Medical facilities are always available in the hostel. Wi-Fi in the hostel is good, but it sometimes slows down due to technical issues.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They have immense knowledge in their subjects and are highly qualified. Teaching quality is very good here. The course curriculum is relevant according to today’s market needs. It helps students become industry-ready by gaining various modern-day skills like AI-ML, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. The difficulty of semester-end exams is moderate, but the evaluation of answer sheets is tougher, so it is not very easy to score marks. In some subjects, one can score marks easily by studying one week prior. The pass percentage is around 70%.

Electrical life in a college of good placements.
Placements: Electrical branch has a placement rate of about 80–90 percent, with the highest around 20 LPA, the average around 6–7 LPA, and the lowest around 2–3 LPA. Top companies that visited here are Tata, Amazon, TCS, and more. About 75–80 percent get internship offers from companies like BHEL, BEL, and ISRO also. Roles are technical assistant, power engineer, assistant engineer, and many more. There is stipend also provided on the basis of their work. So maintain your CGPA and learn some basic coding also for a better job.
Infrastructure: The class takes place in the academic block of our college, which has fans, good tables, as well as a good amount of light in the whole class. The speed of Wi-Fi within the campus is very good anywhere you go. Labs are within the academic block as well as in the BSN block of our college. The library is also in our college, which is in very good shape for study purposes. There is a variety of food for each day of the week in both the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are also there for anyone, and you can play some sports in the college ground in free time.
Faculty: The semester exams are a little bit hard compared to other streams as it is one of the toughest branches, but they can be scored well if you have studied almost all the topics very well. The pass percentage is around 70–80 percent. The course is very nice for the upcoming years as it has very good scope. Students will get everything they want from this college and also they will build themselves. The teachers here have very good command in each and every subject, with some of them holding and also getting higher salaries upon their skills too. So the level is okay.
Other: I have a good interest in the electrical department, that’s why I chose this course in BMSIT, and I think the resources this college provides are the best in the top 10 COMEDK colleges. The things which need to be improved here are that some more qualified teachers should come under this stream and have some input in coding subjects as well. There are two events happening in our college which are Kalarva and Utsaha Vaibhav every year. Every day there is an event going on, the crowd here is very big, but connectivity is very poor, and the whole campus is very green.

BMSIT&M review from a 2nd year student.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed in CSE in 2025 are around 75 percent. The highest package is 46.4 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and average is around 8.97 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Oracle, Atlassian, Microsoft, Infosys, Rapid, Deloitte, Siemens. Around 75 percent students got internship either from college or external source (companies like IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.). Top roles offered are: SWE, SDE, Full Stack developer, data engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in our course/department include big classrooms, huge blocks with department-related labs (having the latest equipment), a library with huge variety of books and journals, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The quality of facilities provided in hostel is also good. Hostels contain Gym (fully equipped), Mess (normal quality of food), Indoor Sports Room, and a medical room with a doctor for emergency case.
Faculty: Teachers here at BMSIT&M are highly qualified and quite knowledgeable too. They help us not only in our studies but also in our projects and hackathons. Teaching quality is also good. Don’t have any complaint. Course curriculum is also relevant, and advancements keep being made. The curriculum is built in a way that it helps us to be industry-ready too. Semester exams are moderate in toughness, and anyone can score good marks if they start studying a week or two before exams.
Other: I chose CSE as the software tech-related side of jobs always excited me, and the best things about my course are that it is currently the most trend and easy to grab a job field. Rest the events, fest, crowd all are also okay of the college.

Good opportunity for those who want to learn something from the BMSIT college.
Placements: If we estimate, then about 85 to 90 percent of students are getting placed in our branch, respectively. The highest package is around 36 LPA, the lowest around 3 to 5 LPA and the average is about 9 to 10 LPA. The top companies offering top roles coming here are AWS, Eatclub, Wipro, TCS, and many more. The stipend of internship varies from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 100,000, with an offer of about 1300+ with a role of Developer, testing team, and many more roles are also available depending upon your skills.
Infrastructure: The library in my college is one of the peaceful places for self study with a variety of books. The internet speed is also decent on our campus as it is available everywhere. The classrooms are very big with an accommodation of around 70+ students, and all modern day tools are there. Labs are also in the BSN block of my college with all the necessary tools for performing any experiments. The food taste is very good as they provide a variety of food, and also a field is there to play sports, and a skill lab for indoor playing. Ambulance for emergencies.
Faculty: Teachers in my college have higher qualifications with a higher degree, and some of them have a Ph.D. degree too. Teaching quality is good as far as we are trying to understand something. The course syllabus is good for the next four years, as we will learn all categories for placement. Students will have knowledge of all fields of engineering if they follow this course. The semester exams are easy as they are a total of 100 marks, and also if you study regularly for 1 month, then you can easily get 8.5+ SGPA every semester. Pass percentage is 80 to 90 percent.
Other: Computer Science is the most demanding branch in the current world, with the highest placement rate. This is the reason I have chosen this branch because it will help me explore the coding industry, which is helpful for my job opportunities. I wish the teachers use English instead of Kannada in some places so that it looks unbiased. There are two fests happening in our college, named as KALARVA and utsaha vaibhav every year. Many events related to various clubs also take place here, the crowd is huge, and the campus is so green with a good connection to the main BMS campus. Scholarship is also for needy students.

BMSIT is an institution in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
Placements: CSE is a very good branch, and in my college around 90 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package is around 44 LPA, the lowest is around 3 to 5LPA and the average is around 8 to 9 LPA. The top companies visiting our campus are Microsoft, TCS, Wipro, Dell, Rapido, and many more. Around 1200+ internship offers are made every year, in which roles are like software engineer, technical role, backend developer, and many more. The higher the CGPA, the more dream placements you will get. So maintain your CGPA in college.
Infrastructure: There are top notch facilities present in our college, starting with Wi-Fi, which provides a good network in almost every part of the college with a decent speed, and also labs are available in the BSN block for subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and many more. Classrooms are well developed and installed with fans, lights, and a projector with a good seating capacity. Library is there in the BSN block too, which is very good for leisure time. The hostel rooms are good with attached washrooms and a good enough space to live. The food quality is good throughout the year. For sports, there is a ground here. The clinic is there for students who require medical attention with a ambulance on our campus
Faculty: . Teachers here are very helpful as they support students to learn concepts easily, and they have also obtained higher degrees in their fields. The course is very relevant to achieving whatever you want to achieve in your life, whether success or money. The semester exams are easy, in which 85 to 90 percent of students pass easily every semester, and the total marks of the exam are 100 marks. There is an internal assessment happening in college.
Other: I have taken admission in CSE as my rank was something around 10k, which is good enough to get CSE in BMSIT, which is one of the top 5 institutes of COMEDK colleges. I think they only need to improve the hectic academic schedule by reducing class hours. There are two fest in my college, named as Kalrva and Utsaha Vaibhav, happening every year. Campus crowd is very large with a green campus full of trees, all types of transport are available near campus, and scholarships are for needy students who are poor and SC, ST types. There are many clubs in our college.
