There is no industrial orientation in our college, that's the main reason we don't have core placements.

It is a good college but overhyped.
Placements: Almost 90 percent of students from computer science and allied branches got placed. The average package is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Service Now, Salesforce, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan. 4-5 students from every class get an internship in the third year.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is average because it is old. But the equipment in the laboratories is good enough. I would say our college library is one of the best libraries. Coming to hostels, washrooms are combined floor to floor. The hostel and mess food are quite good in taste.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in delivering the subject and knowledge to the students. Even our curriculum has some industry-required skills. Toughness of exams is moderate, and very few times it feel hard. Almost every student will pass the examinations.

It is a regular EAMCET college.
Placements: CBIT has placement opportunities from various companies like TCS, Lumens, Accenture, IBM, Morgan Stanley, Hexaware, HCL, etc. The packing range starts from 3.5 LPA and goes up to 9 LPA. The highest package is about 9 LPA to a student at Morgan Stanley. But still don't expect much here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. CBIT has well-equipped labs for each department along with Wi-Fi. CBIT also has a library with the latest and updated books as well as magazines. At present, the hostel is only available for girls, and it has 24/7 Wi-Fi support.
Faculty: All the faculty at CBIT are knowledgeable persons with at least 5 years of experience in teaching. The faculty is friendly, and the quality of teaching is good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the student ready for the industry. CBIT has a good pass percentage.

Average or maybe the worst placements for core placements.
Placements: At present, the highest package for the EEE course is 8 LPA by Deloitte (this year for my seniors). Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Capgemini recruit every year. Core companies hire very few students, and the average package you can expect is 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is a bit old for departments other than CSE. The buildings are old, and the bathrooms are too bad. Labs are decent, and the canteen is overcrowded. The college is spread over 50 acres, so it is quite big. For sports, there are cricket and football grounds.
Faculty: The college has decent faculty members with good teaching experience. Some subject teachers in my course are very good, while some are not. Semester exams are not very hard, just normal, and mid exams are easy. You have two assignments and three STs.
Other: If it is for Computer Science, I think you can opt for this college. Events and fests happen every year. There is a lot of freedom, and a minimum of 75% attendance should be maintained.

Very much satisfied as the people here and the vibe are great.
Placements: CBIT offers 90% placements to students in college. In the EEE department, 75% of people get placed every year. The highest package ranges around 12 LPA for EEE. Top recruiters include Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, etc. Almost everyone gets an internship, which is mandatory. Top roles offered in the course are electrical engineers, VLSI engineers, chip designers, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities in college are pretty good. There is a separate individual block for every course. The EEE department has a 4-storey building consisting of IT students. Wi-Fi, classrooms, and the library are good. The quality of the college hostel is great. The canteen offers better food at the best prices, but it may lack flavor. CBIT has an ambulance on campus for emergencies. Every sport is available to play at CBIT.
Faculty: Teachers are always qualified, with at least an M.Tech degree. Many of the teachers are at their Ph.D. level and have extensive knowledge and experience in teaching. Coming to the curriculum, it is updated every two years. Presently, R22A is ongoing. Semester exams aren't that hard to pass. You can pass by reading the topics for one week with determination and dedication. Still, 20% of people fail in at least one subject.

The admissions are taken through and Telangana EAMCET exam, also other category.
Placements: The college provides internship opportunities for students in their third and fourth years. Students can also apply for internships in private companies. The highest salary package was recorded in 2023 at 59 lakhs per annum which was secured by a student in the computer science and engineering department. The college has a good placement record for students in CSE and related branches such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science and information technology.
Infrastructure: The buildings and blocks in this college were constructed a long time ago, so some of them are in a state of disrepair. The college was established in 1979 and there is only one boys' hostel with 10 students per room. The rooms are comfortable and provided free of charge. The hostel fees are around Rs. 94,000 per year. There are separate hostels for seniors and juniors to avoid ragging. The food is good compared to what is provided in private hostels and it is provided by the college's food junction.
Faculty: The academic year is divided into two semesters, and exams are held every six months. Semester and exam fees are usually around Rs. 5,000 to 6,000, but from the second to eighth semesters, the fees are reduced to Rs. 2,500 to 3,000. In each semester there are two midterm exams, lab internal exams and lab external exams. The exact number of exams depends on the subject and course.
Other: The campus has a number of fests, including Shruti and Sudhee. There are also many clubs, including the photographic club, the Samskruti club, the Chaaya club (for direction and acting), Astra, NSS, and the sports club. Some of the best celebrations are Bathukamma Dandiya and Deepavali.
