It is a very good college, and the facilities are good, and teachers are also helpful.
Placements: There were a total of 88 seats for B.Sc. nursing. The highest package was about 7 LPA. There were no recruitment companies because it was a government college, so we did internship at PT BD Sharma PGIMS Rohtak. We have to do work in different areas during the posting according to the syllabus.
Infrastructure: The hostel was of average quality, and there was a mess and a canteen. There was no playground or anything. The food quality was not good, but it was better. There were no Wi-Fi facilities. Labs and library facilities were provided. The classrooms were okay, but not good enough.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. Teachers take the demonstration classes for a better understanding of the curriculum according to the syllabus. The semester exams were not very difficult because they were based on current trends in society.
Other: II want to serve people. The best thing was that you learn a lot from this. There were many activities we could do.

Q:   Is MSc Nursing a good career?
A:

Yes, because a postgraduate degree in Nursing allows a nurse to work in multispeciality hospitals, private or government healthcare units, academic or research institutes, nursing homes, old-age homes, and the armed services. They can become a nursing educator, staff nurse, nurse assistant, or nursing supervisor.

With many new specialisation streams emerging, there is a demand for qualified nurses who can specialise in these new fields and even teach other students. In India and around the world, there is an ongoing lack of skilled nurses. Because of their devotion and compassionate and empathetic character, Indian nurses are always in high demand in other nations.

    A:

The highest lucrative nursing position bearer is the Senior Staff Nurse.
They supervises and directs junior staff nurses and nursing students to ensure patients get the best care possible. These nurses will also be in charge of managing nursing care to such patients.
Senior registered nurses are also called upon to liaise with doctors, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists on behalf of the patients.
