Life in DBUU (Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University).

Placements: Placement percentage is a bit average. 10-12 students are only placed till now. We are in the 8th semester right now, but as I can see there are less students got placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. The average package is 3 LPA-3.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are Josh Technologies, Daffodil, and Jaro Education. Around 6-7, students got roles of software Engineer, BDE etc.

Infrastructure: Smart classes are available. There are multiple labs according to the different courses. Library is also good. Hostel facility is average. Food is also average and canteen is okay. Sports and games are good. There is a Ayurveda College also inside this college, where you can go for checkup or any issues regarding your health, you can consult the doctors there, they provide you the treatment.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified too. They give their best and try to solve every problem at their best. Indian education system focuses on academics more, so the same for this college too. 80/200, both external and internal included. Internals consist of two types of exams. One is mid-term of 50 marks and the other consists of assignments and the CT's of 50 marks and the external exams consists of 100 marks. You have to score 80 out of 200 to pass the exam. It's simple.

Other: I want to make my future in this industry, and that is the only reason I chose this course. It helps me to learn new skills and to be updated. Instead of just focusing on academics, there should be many industry-oriented programs for students, so that we can master new skills and learn how the industry works. Multiple events and fests are conducted like Pinak in April, connectivity is average. Surrounding is good and soothing. College do provide scholarships. Sports, hackathons, singing competitions, and some extracurricular activities are organized.

Absolutely satisfied, but few teachers are not helpful.

Placements: Overall, I think it is good for those students who think to make future in the software industry. All over, good placement. More than 80 to 90 companies visited for hiring employees. The open placement campus companies like Wipro, British Telecom and Amazon visited the campus. The highest offered package is 40 LPA. There is also stipend available for the students.

Infrastructure: If we talk about infrastructure, which is excellent in my sight. All buildings are good, and new buildings are made for the students. WI-Fi labs are available; classrooms are in good condition. Sports and games are also available in the college. Food is not good to eat. But, eatable. We suggested the canteen members improve the quality. Hostel rooms are good.

Faculty: This college provides good courses. The fee is low as compared to the others colleges and gives so many facilities. Actually, the faculty are promising and helpful for students. Labs are also in good condition. I didn't face any infrastructure related issue.
