My memorable college experience .

Placements: Placements are offered by top recruiters like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and many more. They conduct placement drives to help students. They also conduct workshops and help students with HR rounds as well. The average package is on and around 10 to 15 LPA.

Infrastructure: Campus is very beautiful and is filled with greenery. The area is over 25 acres. There is a library of 842 square meters. It has all sort of books including magazines and journals. It has various blocks such as Mechanical Block, IT Block and is a five floor building campus.

Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and kind. They hold degrees from various top colleges with Ph.D. degrees. Students can approach them easily. They solve doubts even after college hours. They help us prepare for our exams smoothly by providing resources and study materials.

Graphic College experience.

Placements: The placement cell is available in our college. The average package is around 5 LPA. The top companies that recruit students are TATA, Infosys, Wipro, and HSBC. Only some students get high packages. Others are offered average packages depending on their abilities and skills. Therefore, students should not fully depend on the college.

Infrastructure: There are boys' and girls' hostels. Sports facilities are available, including badminton, basketball, and table tennis. The classrooms are digital. There is also an auditorium for guests and events. Cleanliness is always a priority. Overall, the hostels and infrastructure are good.

Faculty: The teaching quality is very good. Exams are conducted semester-wise. Faculty members are very helpful. The fees are also moderate, at around Rs. 7 lakhs for the overall course. It is a four-year course. The eligibility criteria are 10+2 with 50% aggregate marks. The entrance exams are JEE Main and CUET. Students have to pass the entrance exam to get admission.

Absolutely satisfied with my engineering course as I always wanted to pursue this.

Placements: The percentage of students get placement is very good. It is about 90 percent. The highest salary package offered is around 80 LPA, and the lowest is around 4LPA. The average is around 7LPA. Some top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc. More than 50 percent of students get internships from the college campus itself. Top roles are full-stack developer, front-end developer, etc.

Infrastructure: The college hostel is one of the best in India as it has modern facilities and services like fast Wi-Fi internet. In the college, we have different sections, such as the sports department. The library has a huge collection of books about everything. In the hostel, the mess food quality is also good.

Faculty: Faculty members of Graphic Era Hill University are very helpful and knowledgeable, as they are the gold and silver medalists in their department with a lot of experience. The course curriculum is as relevant as it gets because they teach you about the present and future tech. Semester exams are quite difficult, but if you study consistently, you will find it easy.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be a software engineer, and this course helps me achieve my dream and teaches me how to do it. I wish the classes were one after another and did not have 3 hours gap between them. Events and fests are always top in Graphic Era, and our college is famous for its Grafest.

Totally satisfied with the good placements.

Placements: Approximately 30–40% of students in our course are already placed in the 7th semester. The highest package offered is 21 LPA Infosys, and the lowest package offered is 3.60 LPA Infosys and TCS. The average package is about 5 LPA. Around 60% of the students get internships.

Infrastructure: Ethernet, IoT labs, iOS labs, and all the necessary labs are available and in good condition. Every lab has good ventilation and AC. I don't know much about the hostel as I haven't stayed there, but my friend tells me that the hostel environment is also good. The food provided by the mess is tasty.

Faculty: Teachers are friendly. This makes it easy for students to clear their doubts. All teachers are well-educated and have a lot of knowledge, which can lead us towards a brighter future. The course is good enough, but as technology is changing rapidly, students must also know the latest technologies to be industry-ready. The semester exams are not that hard if you have a clear understanding of the concepts.

Best college in Uttarakhand. Events like Grafest are the best.

Placements: Around 70% of students were placed. The highest package is 54 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA. The lowest package is around 3.2 LPA. Infosys, LTIMindtree (LTM), and TCS are some of the top recruiting companies. Internship opportunities are limited. Roles such as SDE and System Engineer are offered.

Infrastructure: Labs are good, and the classrooms are big. The library is not very good. The hostel facilities are very good, but the price is high. The hostel has facilities like medical care, sports, games, and a mess, which is a good part of hostel life for a student. The mess food is average.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, while some are not. Some teachers teach very well. The curriculum is relevant. It does not make students fully industry-ready, but it is helpful for clearing interviews. Semester exams are really difficult, and marks are not given easily.

Other: My course is B.Tech CSE, and the best thing is coding. They can improve their marking criteria. Events are really good, especially Grafest.

Satisfied with the college's opportunities and teaching methods.

Placements: 60% of students got placed. The highest package is 60 LPA, the average is 4-5 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, Microsoft, Meesho, and Myntra. 30% got internships in some service-based companies. The highest roles were Backend Developer, Software Engineer, and Full Stack Developer.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is nice, with good labs, library, and all. Hostel rooms are good too. Food is nice, and cleanliness is maintained. The classrooms are well-ventilated, equipped, and have good facilities. Medical facilities are also available on campus and are immediately used whenever needed.

Faculty: Teachers are really good and knowledgeable. Most of the teachers have done their master's, and some are PhDs. They teach everything, and now it is on the student to work on themselves. I would rate the semester exams as 8/10, pretty easy. The passing percentage is 80%.

Other: I chose the course because I had an interest in software and the corporate industry. I wish the syllabus were updated. Events are nice, fests occur on a higher level, and the crowd is huge.

A most honest review from a friend who once stood where you are. Hope this helps, and good luck.

Placements: There are always forms coming, and about 500–600 students get selected. But the actual placement number is just around 90. They combine placement numbers from all campuses and show higher figures, but in reality, the total number of students in the initial batch increases to around 1000–1200. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and the maximum is 21 LPA, and that too from Infosys. In Infosys, around 170–190 students are selected for interviews. About 90 get selected, with 77 getting 7 LPA and 13 getting 11 LPA. Amazon sometimes comes for one student with a 1 LPA internship and PPO. Tech Mahindra offers around Rs. 40,000 monthly packages and expects AI projects for selection. TCS offers packages around 7–11 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure has a good number of labs and equipment, and everything is working well. A few old labs with outdated equipment need upgrading and cleaning, but the rest is good. The classrooms are fine with good seating. There is no AC in any room, except for two rooms on the ground floor, which are mainly used as meeting halls and are mostly for show. Only one classroom and one large placement classroom have AC. No other classrooms have AC. The fans are very poor, and without summer vacations, students would struggle in the heat.

Faculty: Some faculty members are very good, while some are the worst. Teachers specifically assigned for labs are mostly beginners. Only they know about the subject. The older teachers are not updated with current knowledge and struggle while teaching. The first-year teachers also lack a proper understanding. If asked to sort an array, they may not be able to. The curriculum is fine, but it is becoming outdated quickly. Almost two years are wasted without knowledge of AI and machine learning, and these are taught very late, which is not good. Semester exams are easy and good to score in.

Other: I always taken a keen interest in computers and programming since school. I studied Java, HTML, CSS, and Python. If you have internet access and a creative mind, you can grow exponentially in this field. The introduction of AI and machine learning from the second year for all courses is necessary in this new era. The food is good and affordable. There are clean places to sit, along with cafeterias. Events and fests are good, but there is a lot of politics involved.

Overall, the college is good in placements, events, and teachers are also good.

Placements: I am a student of the 2022–2026 batch, which I think is the largest batch, as a lot of students are enrolled in the same course. Around 85% of students are placed in my course. The highest package is 88 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting company is Atlassian. There are multiple courses that any student can opt for.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided by our college are top-notch. Whether it is sports or other activities, labs, classrooms, and the library are all of good quality. If someone is a sports enthusiast, he or she can participate in multiple activities conducted by college clubs.

Faculty: Teachers throughout the four years are very helpful in studies and guidance. They are supportive to students, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also very good. The course curriculum they teach is relevant to the industry.

Other: I chose this course because the technical field is growing day by day. Job opportunities are increasing in this field, which provides good pay. The college also conducts many events like Grafest, where celebrities are invited. Recently, they invited Neha Kakkar and Ayushmann Khurrana, among others.
