Absolutely satisfied with my college and faculty. It has good infrastructure and academics.
Placements: Patna Women's College is a good College in Bihar that provides girls with the opportunity that they don't usually get elsewhere these days. PWC is operated by sisters of the Apostolic Carmel. Hence, it gives a proper convent school life feeling. The college has a dedicated placement cell. I do not have much knowledge about it because right now I have enough time to think about it. I have done an internship in a CA firm, and I have received a lot of compliments from it.
Infrastructure: The college offers residential facilities to students, which is quite good. Students can live in PGs as well. The campus is spread over 29.4 acres of land. The infrastructure is well-maintained and has a vast garden in the front, which is very beautiful. There is a library and several labs in our college for the holistic development of students. The campus has a canteen which provides good and hygienic food. The campus has an auditorium named Mother Veronica Hall where all events and programs take place. Security is also present on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers here are qualified and well-versed with the curriculum. They are experienced and student-friendly, which makes them approachable. Most of the teachers have completed their education from DU. The student-teacher ratio is 30:300, which makes it very academically integrated. The teaching quality is overall good. The course curriculum is quite relevant in the present time scenario. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but if a student attends regular classes, then it isn't impossible to achieve good enough marks. The pass percentage is 40 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I always had an inclination towards accounting and finance. The best thing about my course is that it offers knowledge that is needed in the current time and teaches us how the world and economy work, rather than just providing bookish knowledge or making us mug up the syllabus. PWC Patna organises an annual day every year and also conducts a farewell for students. We have an annual fest named Virasat. The college also invited singer Gajendra Verma to perform in the fest.

You will have an amazing college life and get so many chances to enhance yourself.
Placements: Almost every student of Patna Women's College is placed, depending upon the desire of the students who want to get placed instead of looking forward studies. College offers different internship programs and ideas to students. Top companies that come to our college for recruiting are TCS, Bajaj Finance, and many more.
Infrastructure: Patna Women's College is famous for it's well-disciplined students and also for the great infrastructure as compared with the other colleges in Bihar. It also provides a very good environment to students of the hostels with so many facilities like medical, games, and sports.
Faculty: Every professor of Patna Women's College is well qualified and has the best teaching knowledge and ideas, through which it is easier for the students to learn. The semester exams are quite difficult but it depends on the students how much they study for the exams.
Other: I chose the course B.Com (hons) because I wanted to study more about accounts and management. College provides different programs and other activities for the students to enhance themselves. Also, it organises concerts and college day programs for enjoyment.

Right now, I am pursuing at PWC in B.Com. (Hons.) in the accounting and finance course.
Placements: In Patna Women's College last year, many students got placed in big companies like Tata. Placements of this college are increasing day by day. They started providing 50-70% of placements if our course is valid or approved. Placements are good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is the best in Patna. Overall, the campus is full of trees and flowers. The infrastructure is getting improved day by day. We have a basketball court, a very big group, and an open stage hall.
Faculty: Faculty members and teaching staff members are very supportive if anyone really works very hard on themselves. The teaching staff members support us in all the ways possible. Exams are taken from time to time. End-semester exams and mid-term exams are conducted.

Best environment, campus and infrastructure. Totally impressed by the faculty of the college.
Placements: I don't know much about the placements because I'm still studying in the college, but as much as I've heard from my seniors, the college provides placements, but they are not so good. Students got placed with packages of around 5 LPA. Our college helps each and every student get an internship. Students have done internships in fields like HR management, the stock market and trading, risk and insurance management, and many more.
Infrastructure: Patna Women's College is the best college in Patna. It has the best infrastructure, campus, and environment. It provides every course with enough material as required by the students. It has a central library with computers to help students study. It has huge classrooms with a seating capacity of around 100 to 200 students. Classroom sizes differ based on the number of students. It has a sick room for ill students and provides first aid. The food available on the campus is fresh and tasty. The college organizes many sports tournaments.
Faculty: The teachers at Patna Women's College are really very good. They are very helpful and cooperative. The teaching quality is the best. They make sure that the syllabus is completed on time. Semester exams are held on time. The college also provides an e-commerce lab for better understanding.
Other: I chose B.Com (Accounting and Finance) because I want to have a career in finance. The college provides the best teachers for this course. The college organizes many events and extracurricular activities and provides scholarships to needy students.

PWC- the milestone towards success .
Placements: Generally, 75 percent of students get placement depending upon the CGPA they secure throughout the semesters. The lowest package is 20000, and the average is 400000. Top recruiting companies are CA and CS firms. And also Nestled, Coke and others come for providing internships from 1st semester also .
Infrastructure: I don't stay in hostels, but my friend stays. The food quality is good, but they have a small room, and per month it costs around 6,000. The overall experience with the hostel is good; it actually depends upon the hostel you choose, like the college hostel, which is very strict .
Faculty: Teachers are very good and cooperative; the teaching standard is also awesome; they provide all the materials in the group; all teachers teach very well and help the students always; they have a good nature with all the students; and the best teacher is the male teacher who teaches us.
Other: I chose this course as I wanted to pursue an MBA afterwards, and the best college in Bihar is PWC, so I chose this college. I think the overall course is good, and it's been teaching in a good way.

Review of PATNA WOMEN'S COLLEGE.
Placements: Since many of the students wanted to go for higher studies, not many were interested in attending the seminars or interviews related to jobs. The average package offered was 2 lacs per annum. Many companies visited the campus for the recruitment process, some of which were TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, UJJIVAN BANK, etc. The college has some compulsory add-on courses which are necessary to enroll in for every student. In some of these courses, internships are compulsory. Some of the students worked as interns at PANTALOONS, and a few at CARE HEALTH INSURANCE.
Infrastructure: Smartphone usage is strictly prohibited inside the college campus. There is no Wi-Fi availability. There is only one commerce lab which is very small in size; a larger number of people cannot be accommodated there at one time. The library has very outdated and old books.
Faculty: The teachers and other faculty members were not at all helpful. They used to rush through the syllabus, finishing the entire syllabus by reading unworthy PDFs. The syllabus was never completed on time. And when the syllabus was not completed on time, the teachers used to take extra classes until the last day of examination leave. The semester examination level is moderate. The passing percentage is 35%.
Other: As I was from a commerce background, I wanted to go for B.Com (Hons) for my higher studies. The course would be better if the college appointed better teachers who are able to teach properly to the students. The teachers in the college were average or somewhere below average. Different events held on the college campus were CARMEL FEST, COLLEGE ANNUAL DAY, SPORTS DAY, OJASWINI, etc.

Absolutely satisfied and pleased to get admission in this college having the best faculty members.
Placements: The placements criteria totally depends on the course you have taken. If you are from B.Com (Hons), you might get a package of 3-4 lace at maximum (also for other course too). Top companies like ICICI Bank, Wipro, and TCS are some of the companies that would be there providing opportunities for those who want to get a job right after graduation.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. Labs, library, and classrooms for approximately 100 students, computer labs with Wi-Fi, auditorium and amazing looking cafeteria are available. The food in the canteen is absolutely fresh and delicious. This college has good medical facilities and services. If you are someone who love sports and games, you would get plenty of chances to participate in the annual sports and other games which are conducted in this college.
Faculty: The faculty and teachers are A plus. They know how to teach the students in a way that they not only understand the concept but also remember it till last. If we talk about the exams, they are pretty easy. You don't need to take any stress for your preparation of semester exams. There are total six semesters out of which second and third semesters are a bit difficult, but you don't need to worry because you have the best faculty members to teach and make you ready for the finals. The passing percentage is 35% and unfortunately if someone fails in a particular subject or semester, they would get another chance through a retest conducted by the department.

Satisfied with the college facilities.
Placements: Being the COVID pandemic batch of 2019–2022, the placements provided by the college to our batch were relatively few. In B.Com. honors, we had 2 sections with around 170 students in both sections. A huge chunk of the class went to complete their Masters and a few decided to take up government exam preparation. Few who got placed mostly got private bank and sales domain jobs offering 18–22k per month. Around 50% of students are pursuing masters, and 40% are placed. Recruitment was also done by good companies like Flipkart. The highest package being offered is INR 30,000 per month. Top roles included accounts, human resources, executive, etc. The lowest package was 15,000 rupees per month. The placements provided by the college were average. Many students, like me, chose off-campus placements. Presently, I am working for a reputed company as a senior executive in my hometown, earning 28,000 rupees per month along with my Masters degree. Internships were mandatory for everyone, so all did them.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are amazing, with every detail being uploaded to the official website. Wi-Fi is not available for students and it is only available in the library. Classrooms are well equipped with smart classes. The library has a good collection of books and an e-library is also available. Basic amenities are provided well. The cafeteria is amazing too.
Faculty: Teachers are really good and well-qualified. Good-quality education is provided. Yes, it is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy for those who study. I got 9.2 sgpa even after being so active in the extracurricular activities. I even got a chance to represent my talent on the national stage. 90 percent of students pass the exams during the semester.
Other: I have been interested in the course since school. The best thing is the practical approach to commerce's vast field. E-learning and exposure should be more. Events and fests are regular. The campus crowd is there, as 75 percent attendance is mandatory. Scholarships are well provided. Extracurricular activities are too frequent; good options are provided. Overall, it's the best in Bihar.
