I was absolutely satisfied with qualified and experienced teachers and mentors.

Placements: About 60% of students were placed in B.Com advertising and marketing. The highest salary package offered was 3.2 LPA by Vedanta Steel Bokaro. The lowest salary offered was 0.9 LPA by Sparkleen, Ranchi. Many more multinational companies like TCS, Cognizant, Capegemini, Deloitte, and Motilal Oswal did mass recruitment from the campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was great. There were two libraries. One is the central library and the other is the vocational library. The college had a network jammer installed so mobile phones cannot be accessed inside classrooms. All labs were well maintained. There was a gym available inside the college along with a football and a basketball practice stadium. Hostel facilities can only be availed by SC/ST class boys. No hostel facilities were available on campus for females and general/OBC candidates.

Faculty: All teachers of our college were highly qualified with MBA/PGDM along with Ph.D. The course curriculum was highly beneficial and to the point. It was more of practical use. Semester exams were tough if you don't pay attention in class. The examination department was very strict and had zero tolerance for any unfair means. The total pass percentage was 40%.

Other: A lot of events take place every year including the fest named Xavier Utsav which continues for 3 days. Day 1 is the smart formals day. Day 2 is the ethnic day and day 3 is the casual day. You can dress according to the themes and enjoy the functions or you can actively participate in functions and can also volunteer for other management activities.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Around 80-85% of students got placed in our college. Our college provides good placements. The highest salary package offered is 5.67 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2.3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Asian Paints and Tata. Almost 50% of students got internships at Asian Paints and Tata. Top roles offered are assistant manager and supervisor. Our college has a placement cell.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides all the facilities. The canteen is not very good. The hostel is good. The hostel facility is available for boys. A huge playground is available in our college. Our college has NCC and NSS clubs. They provide indoor games. A gymnasium is available in our college.

Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified and supportive. They are Ph.D. holders. Exams are a bit difficult. The course curriculum is average.
